Alba Botanica Acnedote Pimple Patches for Face - Pimple, Spot Patches - Hydrocolloid Skincare Patches - 40 Count

I’ve had acne since middle school. Now in my 30s, I still breakout and can expect a larger flare up with my monthly cycle. These patches are by far my favorite pimple patch and I’ve tried every drug store brand. I used to find these patches in wal mart and now repeat order on Amazon. They are easy to use, aren’t noticeable, and can stay on all day or night without falling off. They literally drain and flatten swollen breakouts overnight or throughout the day. Pulling off the patch is so satisfying to see all the gunk on the patch and how flat the breakout is. They are a life saver for a breakout girlie and I keep some for emergencies in my car, in my purse, in my lunch bag and in of course my bathroom drawer.

We tried maybe 8 kinds before landing on these and never looked back. I use them and so do my teens. They stick really well and the center turns white over time which is somehow super gratifying.

So I bought three different types at Christmas to split between me and my two daughters, and I will say that this one rivals the effects of the much more expensive brand I purchased with microneedles. I'm not afraid to use these on a smaller pimple, and ration them out, because you get quite a few for the price, and the effects so far have been the same. I will say that all three brands have left my face with dry skin patches that need to be babied, but as far as reducing the size of your pimple, they do that. They will not remove the head of course, you will need to either get that out (gently and carefully!), or wait for it to dissolve on it's own. I find that I do need to use them for a couple of days on some, but that's because I get deeper acne. They greatly reduce the size of cystic "grounders" (as my daughter calls them), overnight, and you can then cover them if you need to go out. I find that just having the inflamation reduced helps reduce the pain on any large ones and BONUS...again, not afraid to use them because they're at such a great price. I've never used acne patches before, but I can't say I see a huge difference between the three types except the ones with salicylic acid and tea tree work a bit better on deeper pimples, but again...baby that resulting dryness so you're not then tempted to pick at the dry skin and leave yourself with red marks that need to fade anyways. Overall, out of all the ones I researched, and the 3 highest rated of three price points...I like these the best.

This is a 5 ⭐️ product that I have used for years. Best of all the other big brand name ones and it HAD a great price! I took a star off because I have no idea why the price is $3-$4 higher than it was back in April. I keep my eye on the price and have still not re ordered bc of price point! I have probably purchased 20+ boxes of these pimple patches in last couple of years! So if the $$ doesn’t bother you, these work great. Otherwise, bring the price down!

These are the best pimple patches in my opinion. They make pimples go down overnight and they actually become almost invisible on my skin as time goes on. Been using them for years. Also such good price compared to other pimple patches.

I’ve tried every “pimple patch” on the market. Seriously. All of them. Even the super expensive ones. THIS is my favorite. It sticks well. Stays in place. Doesn’t fall off. Blends in well. I feel comfortable wearing them out of the house because they are so unnoticeable. Most importantly, you can see it working. Even the nastiest blemishes look better after using them. It’s not a magic cure, but it’s about as close as you can get to it. It also helps my habit of mindlessly touching/scanning my face for bumps. I recommend using them at night before bed, and taking them off in the morning. I only wear them during the day if I’m having an extremely awful break out.

Mrs. Al again. Do have photos of these acne stickers in progress somewhere, but honestly you can't even see much during let alone after wearing them for a while. I thought it was a fluke with the first pack we purchased, but the Mr. and I both found that other acne sticker brands were getting a lot more gunk out with each application every time we bought more boxes and packs. Not only that, but these often are a huge pain in the butt to remove and leave residue all over the place. Did not find that with other brands we'd tried. However, they are still decent for the price, and do work semi-well on the larger, more prominent bits though not so much on the ones just beginning to pop up. Also like that we can get them with our FSA. My skin issues are related to my health issues, so I need to go through a lot of skincare to keep the acne and carbuncles and all that under control. Other brands of stickers have definitely done better for both of us, but these Alba Botanica ones (and this is a brand I generally use a lot and love) are just so-so... though do smell a lot better than some of the others, will give them that! Again, will probably still get them from time to time, especially with the FSA and for those larger, more annoying pimples that these actually do seem to work alright on.

Arrived in very bad shape and it’s very old even the color of the box has changed and the glow on the patches has dried…..

These actually work for pimple disappearance.

Desinflama pero no quita lo rojo del barro. Tardo unos días en hacer efecto. Recomendable.

Es tal cuál se muestra en las fotos. Sólo funciona para brotes muy pequeños.

They were ok but don’t work as well as other brands I’ve tried. Also you don’t get as many for same price as other brands
