Love the holder, but the collar/nut that holds the phone part to the arm cracked and now it does not tighten and phone just flops down. They need to make a better way to connect the ball thing to the phone mount. It kept coming loose and I guess either it was a defective part or tightened too many times.

Pros: 1. Build construction was solid. 2. Holds phone well without sagging. 3. Works with iPhone max in a case. 4. Came with required hardware. Cons: 1. Only works with 2024 and newer JL jeeps.

Got this phone holder for my jeep gladiator because the suction one it's not big enough to keep my phone off the heat. This one is great it does the job. I do wish the arm was a little longer at least 2 inches

I’m not satisfied with this product. The arm doesn’t tighten properly, so the phone doesn’t stay in place, and it’s not easy to get the phone into the mount. While installation was straightforward, the overall value just isn’t there. I’ll be attending the GSMJI soon and plan to look for a Bulletpoint vendor—my friend has their setup, and the quality is significantly better.

Swapped out the phone holder with another because I was concerned about vibration causing the phone to fall. But the mount is great.
