This is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a review. Having used Q10 previously from a different supplier and not noticing any discernible benefits I stopped using it. However, many articles sing of it’s health benefits in the over 40’s so I purchased some from Fortress Health. The product and packaging seems high quality at an affordable price and I feel like I have improved energy since I started to take them.

Firstly this product came super fast after I ordered it and from first opening it it looked and felt like I'd bought a fine quality product, with the glass bottle and metal cap. Good to know when I finish with them I'll be able to set them aside in the recycling or even reuse them for other things as they seem long lasting. I'm now on day 5 of using the CO Enzyme Q10 and although I can't necessary contribute every positive feeling I have to them but I have started to feel like myself on a day when I would be full of energy and my gym recovery does seem to be at it's best.

Nicely packaged, arrived quickly. Seems like a good quality product.

This is highly recommend for people taking statins as they reduce our Q10 and as we age it naturally decreases. I wouldn’t be with out it & I love the research that goes into Fortress Health Products, I follow them on social media and was excited about the launch of their suppliments. Great quality at a great price.

this Q10 provides a lot more energy and appears to be of good quality.

Great product at really good price. Only problem is short use by date but I should have used product by then. Quick delivery.
