I'm delighted with this stool......For many years, I have using the plastic fold up step stools, but never felt very secure on them. I had one in each roomI ordered just one of these stools, to compare, and the difference in sturdiness and quality is amazing. I feel completely safe while standing on it.Sadly, I have gained weight over the last couple of years - I am large, at approx 100kgs, 5ft 8, and this stool holds me really well. Have not felt unstable once.Dead easy to set up and fold back down, and takes hardly any room to store. As I say, I usually have one in each room, so will be ordering more of these ......and donating my plastic stools. These ones are much prettier looking too than the plastic stoolsI love that it has a grip on the standing plate, so less chance of slipping off.Also the grip makes it more comfortable to stand onI really can't say anything negative about this stool, really good build quality, great value, simple to use, and easy to store.Very happy to recommend

Brilliant little step , bought this for our T25 campervan , it definitely helps and is very stable, it can be folded down but we haven’t bothered as it doesn’t take up much space . We went on a couple days away and this step was invaluable piece of equipment we needed, we placed it on gravel base spot and it never slippped , moved or sank into the gravel and I’m not a slim lass, I can really say that this step is well worth the money and was a massive help . We also noticed it rained one night we were away and it was not slippy at all , perfect wee step so glad we bought this one .

Easy to use, legs pull out fairly readily but need a little strength.Well made and sturdy so not particularly light to carryVery stable in use. I stuck a piece of carpet on mine to make the top extra non-slip.Great little item for the price.

Nearly sent this back as could only open the legs out on their lowest height setting.Remove the rubber feet and using a flat blade screwdriver push the curved metal inwards, its quite stiff but will eventually go click, do the same the other side of the same curved metal and this seems to free the mechanism so the buttons push in easily and you can slide the extendable legs up and down.Did this on all 4 legs and now works fine.Must have been assembled in a hurry and not tested !Sturdy step, legs lock well and tales a fair bit of weight, I'm 130kg and it handles my bulk no problem ( so far anyway ).Nice carrying handle, not too heavy and with retractable legs easily storable in the car. I use it to occasionally stand on to see inside coffee machines that are on high counters.Now that I've sorted the extendable leg issue I can recommend this stool.

Great foldable step. Sturdy but not heavy. Folds away for storage. Perfect for the caravan. I would recommend this
