Okay this absolutely surprised us in the BEST way. We jokingly call the green light the “dust finder light” because it exposes EVERYTHING hiding on the floors 😭 The amount of dust, hair, and random debris this vacuum picks up is honestly wild, especially with a dog in the house. Every time we use it, we end up saying “where did all of this even come from?! ” The suction power is STRONG and it glides really nicely across our floors and rugs without feeling heavy or clunky. The anti-tangle brush has also been a huge plus with pet hair. Battery life has been solid for us and the bendable wand makes it so much easier to get under furniture without throwing out your back. Honestly, this vacuum can go toe-to-toe with the big name brands and give them a real run for their money. For the price, performance, and features, we’ve been super impressed. One of those purchases that makes cleaning weirdly satisfying 😂

Initially I received a machine with a defective powerhead. While I liked the suction power, without a functioning powerhead, the vac was not of much use and I rated it as two stars. Ultenic reached out to me and sent a new machine. With the functioning powerhead I've rerated my experience as 5 stars. This is a well performing cleaner. I also own a Dys-V8 which I like. The Ultenic performs as well as the Dys-V8. I have vacuumed my entire home (5 carpeted rooms and 5 rooms with plank flooring). I only used the normal setting which to me is equivalent to the Dys-V8. It took 17 minutes . I still had 18 minutes left of battery power. The powerhead handled the carpet and hard surfaces. Not having to change a powerhead for the two different surfaces is a big plus. The green floorlights are excellent for highlighting the dirt ahead of the powerhead. Critics make too much of the battery life when on the max power setting. This is a just a fact when asking a machine to produce more power. My Dys-V8 only lasts for 6 minutes when on max power. Overall, the Ultenic vac is a great deal at this price point. This machine should be a top consideration for those looking for a cordless vac.

I'm editing my review as customer service has been amazing. They contacted me and sent me a new unit. They messaged me every step of the way to ensure that I received the new unit and that I am satisfied with it. We are only a few days into the new unit but I'm hoping that this one will exceed my expectations!

The vacuum worked great for the first 3 months. After that, couldn't use the normal setting ever since because there is no suction power, I have to use the turbo setting. As you can see in the videos, turbo barely lasts 5 minutes, so work fast and hope it is fully charged when you start. The one video im posting shows the battery life drop 6%in 30 seconds. Also, "turbo" really means, barely usable. The battery life is horrible and no suction. As the battery life decreases, so does the suction and it is basically useless on turbo once you get to the 50% mark. The sound of the suction even diminishes as the percentage drops. Yes there are additional batteries to buy, but I refuse to spend more money on this item only to be disappointed again. Plus I shouldnt need a replacement battery this soon. The only part of this vacuum i like is the light, that is a nice feature.

It’s been 3 months of using this vacuum everyday and it beats out any vacuum I’ve ever owned! What it can do for the price is worth it. Strong suction for thick carpet, then go eco setting to vacuum rugs without it moving around.

Great vacuum. Gets under the couch great too! Came quickly, well packaged and picks up well off of hardwood floors. Also not too loud on turbo mode. Stands up on its own like it says. That’s convenient. The battery can be charged separately from the vacuum for convenience.

What is Duct? I've tried to resolve this issue by changing the HEPA filter and rinsing other parts as directed, but with no success. The vacuum shuts its self off. This vacuum is about 8 months old. I have vinyl floors with a thin rug in the living room. They should be fine for this vacuum. I really expected it to last longer. I loved the bendable wand. It was great getting under tables and beds. I had to ran the vacuum using Turbo most of the time to get the crumbs from dog treats and tracked in dirt picked up. The lower settings didn't do a good job. Run time was about 20ish minutes on Turbo. It does not stand up on its own. That was annoying. I didn't use the handheld vacuum often. It was hard for me to separate it from the stick. I'm older so someone else might not have that problem. I will not recommend this vacuum.

Worked pretty well for 18 months, then completely stopped, battery charged. Im not hard on vacuums, it looks fine, just no power . Bought extended warranty, price i paid was refunded to gift card, so that's great. I will buy more powerful vacuum in the future. It goes thru a full charged within 15 minutes or less...

It worked once but it hasn't worked since. It came with a USA charging plug and I used another one I had that fit (AUS), so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it, but I wouldn't think so because the charge light is on when it's charging.

I got a faulty dust holder so I looked up customer service using the website and they have been very helpful. They have sent me a replacement without any hassle. The vacuums overall performance is good and I am very satisfied with the performance from this brand. Battery life is good too. But yes, they should definitely have a link/button on Amazon so that customers can click to reach out to customer service directly from here. To those who need help, definitely try the website. The customer service team are very responsive and quick. This is my second vacuum from this brand. I was happy with the first one which I used for more than 5 years. That’s why I got this brand again.
