2 Pack 915MHz LORA Antenna 5dBi Gain Omni SMA Male Connector + RF Antenna Adapter Cable

Worked perfectly for my Heltec V4 Touchscreens that I use for my Blackout Comms setup. Much better than stock antennas and the foldable part allows the V4's to sit on the desk horizontally.

I'm using this antenna with a LoRa module on a custom PCB. I have the U.FL connector on the module and no attached SMA connector point so needed something to attach there. I'm using the adapter provided to go from my board to the side of the board where I've attached the SMA adapter and then I have the antenna out from there.Seems to work well when not being bent. I can't speak to the full range of the device but I'm registering the LoRa pings on my receiver so seems to be attuned correctly for 915MHz.Would recommend although may be worth looking for additional insights from people who can speak to the range capabilities here further.

Well made

This is not a 915MHz antenna. It was tested and has a null at 867MHz. At the upper end of the LoRa band the SWR is 2.36. FAIL. Do not buy.

Could possibly give a 5 ⭐️ if not for one small thing. When in the bent position it needs to be balance carefully if not if flops down. It’s not too bad and not too hard to balance. But would suggest they manufacturer with a bit more friction to stay where desired. Now the positive. A friend of mine and myself have two identical Heltec V4 we were standing a pretty bad location and we both transmitted out. Me using this antenna him using a smaller rubber duck. Mine transmitted his did not. I have not tested it on my VNA yet when I do, I will update.

This is my second time purchasing these antennas, as the first time they were great! This time I had one antenna within range centered at 900.150MHz with a SWR of 1.250, however, the second antenna was off the scale centered at 992.800MHz with a SWR of 1.279. Great price if they both worked, however, this purchase was disappointing this time around.

Incredible performance from such a small antenna. From inside a house on the third floor, through a wall and trees, it manages to reach almost 3 miles. Confirmed bidirectional is 2.75 miles (I need to stop the car and check next time because I keep missing the ping at 3 miles). I have an even higher position I'm going to place and update when I have the results.
