The pump needle doesn't move (doesn't register how much air pressure you have). We have 2 pumps, neither shows pressure but they do inflate the tubes...so they work. The biggest disappointment was seeing the backrest with a seam separation after our 1st outing. I'm 130 lbs and we were on a lake, no crazy rapids or big boy the tube. We deflated our tubes and that's when we noticed that my backrest was separated. Does it change how the tube floats? No. But we are also Bote gatorshell paddleboard owners, so we know the quality that Bote can produce. The tubes are leaning towards (very) expensive letdowns, we could have gone with tubes half this price but we wanted the Bote quality.

The tube itself is build really well and is very sturdy! It’s easy to blow up and to deflate. The down side is the magnet to hold your drink doesn’t work and there is no other cup holder. The tube came with a repair kit, mine the glue had exploded everywhere and cured already so that’s not useful.
