For a generic K tape, this product works very nicely and stays on well. I use it on my knees primarily.

This tape is precut into strips which is super convenient and gives you even strips every time. The adhesive is gentle at first, so if you need to pick it back up and reposition, you can do that no problem without compromising long term staying power. Once you have the tape where you want it, rub it to activate the adhesive. I’ve worn my tape for two days at a time and it stays exactly in place. Great price and good quality. I used this for medial knee pain so far and it gave me significant relief in every day activities while I let the strain heal. An easy way to support and injury without wearing a compression sleeve or brace. This tape is so comfortable you forget it’s there!

Works great, so sticky it stayed on for the 3 days I used them, including showering, working out, etc. The only problem is that it's SO sticky, it leaves residue behind that won't come off for weeks. It hurts so badly to remove them if they're not coming off on their own. I had to take them off after 3 days becuase I was going to a wedding and they would show, it felt like I was ripping my skin off, then the residue stayed there (looking gross and dirty) for literally weeks. There's worse problems to have with kinesiology tape than "it stays on well," but the pain of taking it off isn't really worth it for me.

I have RA, and started using kinesiology tape to help control the movement of painful joints. I have used many brands, including the expensive ones. The expensive brands are great, but tjey get quite expensive at the rate I use them. I am so happy that I finally tried the OK tape! It is very affordable for a 20 strip roll, and coming in a two pack is very helpful. It sticks well and does not roll up when under jeans or socks. It is comfortable all day long, and comes off easy if you pull it slowly (dont just snatch it like a band-aid!). It holds up to sweat and water pretty good, too. I like that it comes in a lot of colors and designs, it's not just boring beige and black!

The good: reusable and recyclable packaging, reasonable price, stayed on through an hour long swim no-problem. The meh: could be more supportive, paper a little difficult to remove, stretchiness has varied from strip to strip on a single roll. The bad: not the easiest to readjust while applying, difficult to remove when I wanted (vs when it wanted) despite using prep spray, left an incredibly sticky residue (needed isopropyl alcohol wipes to remove), probably not the best tape for beginner KT users. If you’ve used other brands of KT, this tape will feel kind of flimsy, but once it’s on it doesn’t want to budge. I think it would be incredibly easy to give yourself skin irritation simply from improper application with this brand, but my mildly sensitive skin had no reaction to the adhesive itself. It’s not much cheaper per strip than my all-around favorite d3 brand tape. It stays on more securely in the water than regular d3 and KT Pro, including when wearing on my hands and washing them all day, but it does get super wet and stay soggy.

I use this tape for my knee and it helps more than any brace I've tried! This is the brand my PT recommended, and I've been using it consistently for about 3 months now. If you're not completely sure how to apply it, there are so many youtube videos that are very helpful. It took a few tries to find the right set up, but now that I know what works for me it's super easy! I wash and shave my leg first, once it dries I wipe it down with a little alcohol to remove any soap residue before applying and it usually stays on for about 5 days. I take it off and let the skin breathe for a couple days and then reapply.

I use the Ktype tape often, and areas that needs some support and aren’t challenging in staying on. I really like this brand I find be extremely gentle. It’s absolutely tax-free. It stays on to meet my needs. I do find it to have slightly less stain power than the popular name brand, but unless you’re in a challenging spot, or high demand use. I think OK Tape would work for you.

Sticks really well and provides great support during workouts. Easy to apply, comfortable to wear, and holds up even with sweat. Definitely helps with muscle support and recovery. Would buy again.
