First time to use any laser engraver and this one is fantastic. I am not good with using computers, but the software is easy to use. I have made Christmas tree ornaments and even added a design on to a tumbler. Great machines buy it!!

I was so excited to receive my laser way earlier than I was expecting. The anticipation was getting the best of me. It was packaged very well for maximum protection. It was a lot bigger than I thought but it’s hard to tell through videos. Set up was just as easy and I had running in no time!! I do this as a hobby and have an AtomStack 20W laser already. But this thing is absolutely amazing! It does everything I need for a fraction of the cost of other lasers I’ve been looking at. Don’t be discouraged on the size of the laser bed when you first open up the top before you turn it on and it is lifted up. My negative-Nancy bf made it seem like it was smaller and a waste of time and money. I never listen to him anyway. Once you get all of the styrofoam packing out and it lifts up, there’s more than enough room on the laser bed. 12”X12” basswood fits in just fine.

Very easy to use and high quality machine eith excellent redults

We have been laser engraving for a few years now and wanted to upgrade to a laser where we could perform multiple items at once. We found this and ordered it. This laser never worked since the day it arrived. I reached out to their tech support and got no help at all. The image would engrave fine for a bit then just jump right. Another issue we had was it all of a sudden went right and slammed into the wall of the machine repeatedly. We made arrangements for a return

Love it. Upgraded from a K40 and having things just work has been great! No more tinkering every time I want to use it!

There has been a bit of a learning curve for me. However, the instructions are clear and easy to understand. I've already completed a variety of different types of projects. More to come...

I wish this was a little cheaper however I bought it anyway. After doing extensive research this thing is incredible. It comes with its own software which is great for beginners. It takes a little know how in the technical aspect however follow the instructions. The design capabilities of this machine is endless. Also just as a little FYI for those of you purchasing this machine…the two pieces of wood that come with it are for calibration. Don’t make the mistake of using them for your first projects…..yes I did that. Whoops. If you buy this machine enjoy it!
