I have been looking for stainless steel plates to fit the Trangia 25-23 UL/D Duossal Camping Stove Kit (Amazon ASIN B076VYF1LX) and these fit great. Trangia plates can be purchased separately but are aluminum. I do not want aluminum in contact with food or drinking water if I can avoid it (Trangia's Duossal has stainless steel on the inside, aluminum outside for spreading heat --available in the pots but not the plates). Good stainless steel dishes are easy to clean, keep clean, and do not want to rust.There are a lot of cheap stainless steel plates flooding the market and these plates are higher quality to justify a higher price tag over the junk. I believe the claim that these plates are 304 stainless steel as they do not attract a strong rare-earth magnet in the middle but do slightly attract at the edges where they have been work-hardened (typical of martinsitic stainless steels).I was hoping for plates with a little bit of a side wall and these have just enough to retain food, maybe cook with, but not so high to be in the way of using a knife and fork.The steel of these plates is plenty thick to be durable. While I have not cooked with them yet (have only eat from them), I think they are thick enough to not warp. With the thickness does come the weight. The four plates stacked together are 39 ounces. If you are including them with a Trangia 25 set, then weight is probably not an issue (the 25-series sets are intended for 3 to 4 people, and are bigger and heavier than the 27-series intended for 1 to 2 people).

These stainless steel children’s dinner sets are exactly what I wanted for my grandchildren. They are well made, not flimsy, and are sized perfectly for little hands. My grandkids love having a set of dishes made just for them. I ordered 2 sets and each was nicely packaged and arrived in great condition. We’ve used them and washed them a few times and they look brand new. I highly recommend the BON aPETITE dish- ware!

Ordered this Bon aPetite Children's 304 18/8 Stainless Steel plate and bowel, got this for my kids , use it everyday for meals good for two kids , little food on table with not worry of breaks and easy to wash with high quality material , recommend to get identical sets multiple use

The media could not be loaded. These plates have worked out well for my 2 year old son. They are durable and clean easily. I have had the plates for a few months and there is minimal wear on them. Although the dishes are dishwasher safe I hand wash them most of the time. The plates are the perfect size for my little one to carry to and from his table. Be careful when placing hot items on them as the plate is warm to the touch but may be a little too warm for little hands.

They work great for holding items for griddling !😊

One out of 8 that I ordered had a funky rusty edge all over it. Gross.

As someone who likes non toxic options for my toddler's dinnerware these are perfect. They are easy to clean and dishwasher safe which is perfect because I don't have to worry about them rusting in the dishwasher if I wasn't able to wash them the same day. We use these with both cold and hot food. My daughter uses stainless steel silverware and we still have yet to see scratch marks.

I have been trying to replace all my bowls and dishes with stainless steel for sanitary and health reasons and this set of bowls is my absolute favorite! The set is made of 304 18/8 stainless steel and has a matte finish. I will be honest, I have no idea what 18/8 means but I am going to look for that for all my future stainless steels dishes and bowls because this set is so heavy and so well-made. Seriously, you can actually use them as weapons if necessary! When I first received the package, I questioned what was in the box because of the weight. After opening the box, I could not stop admiring and touching the set because I have not seen anything like it! The bowls and plates do cost more than others I have seen but you really get what you pay for. I have used these bowls and plates just about every day from serving fruit or sides at dinner, to main dishes like steak, chicken, and fish. The bowls and plates wash well in the dishwasher and look just as new as the first day I received them. You need these in your kitchen, I promise you won’t regret it!
