I like it
I'm pretty sensitive to things, so I start off slow. I'm taking 2 a day. I have hormonal imbalances, and low ferritin so I'm trying this. I finished off my first bottle I bought over a year ago. And now I'm more frequently using it. I'm taking 2 a day. Even though the bottle says to take more. I'm afraid of most side effects, so I'm starting slow. So far it's ok. I think I'll up it to 3 here soon.

This product is quality. The quantity is great for the price, and the nutrients you get are unmatched. If you are looking for a natural supplement to give you copper and many other nutrients we lack in today's food, this product delivers. Very pleased. Does not cause stomach aches, and cannot taste after taking it a couple hours. The recommendation is a little excessive I'm how many you are suppose to take. Bout that is your choice. Only reason I gave it a 4 star.
