I'm pretty sensitive to things, so I start off slow. I'm taking 2 a day. I have hormonal imbalances, and low ferritin so I'm trying this. I finished off my first bottle I bought over a year ago. And now I'm more frequently using it. I'm taking 2 a day. Even though the bottle says to take more. I'm afraid of most side effects, so I'm starting slow. So far it's ok. I think I'll up it to 3 here soon.

Does not cause stomach aches, and cannot taste after taking it a couple hours. The recommendation is a little excessive I'm how many you are suppose to take. Bout that is your choice.
