Pros- Loved the built quality of the product, really sturdy materials with nice finish! I thought it was gonna be a little bit cheap.- I was a little bit scared with the comments of people saying installation was hard/impossible, maybe I got a revised/neewer model but instalation was so easy, maybe just a little over an hour since it was the first time.- Also a lot of comments about not working with the alexa app.. thing didnt even take 5 minute to set up and works perfect with alexa- It is really silent and still moves tons of airCons- I don`t like is that the lowest brightness is still pretty bright- can`t fully control the light temperature, would be could to have options in betweeen warm day light and whiteother than that extremely happy with it!

The fan itself was really nice. A little hard to install. But it is quiet and puts off a good amount of air. My only issue is our box came without a remote. We already have the entire thing installed and only need the remote. We requested a replacement through Amazon (hoping we could just get the remote) and they said they'd send us a replacement and prompted us to return the other as soon as possible. When we agreed to this, the new fan was supposed to arrive overnight. Now there has been a "delay" and there's no ship date or estimated ship date. I had to approve this delay, thinking they'd give me a shipping date after but no. I just need a damn remote for my already installed fan. I am hoping this gets to the attention of the seller because I"m super frustrated.

These were pretty easy to install with easy to follow instructions, I was able to do so by myself. I ran into a few issues with the type of junction boxes used in my house. The instructions talk about having an octagon junction box which I didn’t have. I’m guessing due to the age of our house. Regardless I was able to make it work.The fans look fantastic and work well. I was surprised at how well the fan portion works. With six speeds the airflow is so much better than our original fans. We suspect this will help with our energy bill for the summer months.They are well-made, my only concern would be the cover for the light since it is made of plastic.These fans were easy to connect to the Tuya app and Alexa.My only complaint is about the different tones of light. The warmest tone is much more orange/red Then I would have thought it would be therefore I’m not a huge fan of using the remote in order to change the tone of the light. Using the app gives you more control.We will be needing another fan in the future for a different room and I will be purchasing this one again.If you’re looking for an affordable, smart fan, I recommend this one.

It looks and works nice…HOWEVER, the app DOES NOT WORK. That is the whole reason I purchased this fan. Despite the lack of instructions I found out by immense googling that you need to hold the “6h” button down for 5 seconds to get the light blinking. I then proceeded to split my WiFi bands because it has to be 2.4. After all that, I go to the app and still NOTHING…this is stupidEdit: Customer service so far has been super nice. They will be sending me the part along with a manual that shows how to install on the app.

I bought 3 of these recently to change out my upstairs bedroom fans. They look great and perform well once installed, but it took some creativity to get them installed. The main issue is that the hanging brackets included are too wide for any standard ceiling fan box. Basically the width of the boxes (I went to HD and bought multiple different ones thinking that might be the issue) is a total of 4" but the mounting holes on the boxes is closer to 3.75". The hanging mounts included with these fans have hole spacing at a minimum of 4" apart, so there is no way to use bolts directly into a ceiling box. I ended up rigging it up with a light fixture extension which isn't the right way to do it, but the only way I could make it work. Don't know if it was a manufacturing defect but would love for someone to correct me on what I am missing here.

It was easy to assemble and works great. It has six fan speeds that quickly cool the room. The fan is also fairly quiet and stays perfectly still even on its highest setting. The light is bright and can be adjusted to dimmer or warmer lighting with the remote control. Great value for the price.

I've loved this fan so far. Not only does it look great but It fits my space perfectly and doesn't hardly make any noise at all.I love being able to change the direction of the fan from the remote with out having to get on a ladder and change it from the fan ( Like the last one I had. ) The remote is easy to use and it was a breeze to put together and instal.
