Are these bags acid free?

These bags are NOT intended for long-term storage of anything--family photographs, documents, etc.

Are these the crinkly kind or soft kind?

Hi Jennifer, the soft kind you are referring to are indeed these. If you want the crinkly kind, those type of bags are listed as cello or cellophane bags. That's how you will know the difference in listings in the future. Hope this helps.

Would this be suitable for soap?

I use them for cookies that I decorate but I don’t see why you couldn’t use them for soap. They are great little bags.
