Has a really good warming effect which helps with aches and pains. Downside is that it has a really strong medical type smell that lingers for ages, particularly if you get it on your clothes. Only needs a small amount to be effective so the tube lasts for ages, making it excellent value for money. I will recommend it but just bear in mind the smell issue may be a problem for some people

Love the small of this stuff, and it seems to sooth my frozen shoulder. Especially good value when you buy it on the subscribe and save. It's easy to use, you just apply it to the affected area. I like the smell, but it can be quite overpoweringly medical , it's not subtle!

I have been using this stuff for years to ease muscle pain and aches following sport. Easy to apply and it absorbs well into the skin. Immediately heats the area it's applied to and has been effective in recovery.
