This book is correct - it's all about recruiting. Warning for those looking at MLM opportunities though! The promises of old-school MLM and "life-long" residual income are all but dead for the average person. Those in MLM fight constant attrition, downline reps who need constant hand-holding, and in the end you work your tail off for a few hundred or few thousand dollars.What wasn't discussed in the book was that of "Top Tier" programs which offer immediate leveraged income where one can make [...] with just 10 customers or less. This is an honest home business earning opportunity where one can truly replace their corporate salary quickly.One common objection to Top Tier programs is the start-up costs are "too high". Actually, they are much less expensive than a traditional supplement based MLM. The average start-up cost and monthly auto-ship order for a traditional MLM is about [...]. After having the opportunity to hear Mary Christensen speak at a convention I had attended, I was thrilled to find her books on Amazon at such an amazing price! I had no idea that she had several books available. I ended up purchasing three of her books. I am still in the process of reading all the great information inside each book. I definitely recommend anyone in the direct selling business to purchase her books and apply her advise to help make your business succeed.

I am a new consulant of a ground-floor direct sales party plan company (gameladyverlina dot simplyfun dot com)and want to take advantage of this opprotunity. I have purchaesd quite a few books recently on network marketing, party plan ideas, direct sales, mlm... and this one Be a Recruiting Super Star is one that I am SO glad that I did purchase.It gives many ideas, plans, words, and help to encourage you to build a downline- which is so important if you are wanting to work smarter and not harder! I have recruited two people in two months and have two other prospects that I am working with. It might be a slow start, but at least it's a start!This book gives many ideas with step by step help - including some wording senerios to learn from.It gives great ideas on where to find recruits from outside of family, friends, parties adn customers... AND ideas on how to reach them. Other books give you a list of people to contact, like your hairdresser or doctor or banker, but not how to attract them- this book is great with the help on what to do.I recommend this book and it is one I plan on having available for my recruits to read so that they can catch the vision too and build themselves a great downline!Party On!-GameLady VerlinaSimplyFun Senior Consultant

I LOVE Mary! I had the opportunity to hear her speak at our Director Retreat and she is an absolutely fabulous woman! A real peach of a gal ! She has great ideas , is super relatable and really hits the nail on the head when it comes to business practices. I might be bias though because she kept calling me Pinkie because of my hair. :) No really she is GREAT ! Download her IMAWOT app and buy all of her books! You will be so glad you did!

Awesome book. If you want to go up in your company she shows you just how to do that.

Little substance to this book. Might be good for someone completely overwhelmed by the idea of building a business but if you've been educating yourself already you won't find anything new here.

after reading this I am more motivated than before to go out and help change other people's lives and now I have a guide to help me approach people and ideas of what to say! I'm glad I bought this book so I can go back and re-read it to really get a better understanding of recruiting. I will for sure be reading the other books by Mary Christiansen!!!

Fantastic book.Full of tips and advises. I am using this book every day to build my Successful MLM business.If you want to build your organisation fast you have to have this book.

Good book. Fast read not too long. Covers most topics well. Good ideas. Misses points such as contacting or communicating through emails and Facebook. For example how to approach people that are looking for a stay at home job in Facebook; ideas/scripted messages on how to communicate through messaging.
