A good CO alarm nicely cased with an LCD display to show CO concentration.Easily slides on and off the mounting plate to change batteries (3x AA Alkaline, which are included).Has three led lights to indicate power (green flash every 45sec when good), yellow for fault and red for alarm.The LCD display is not backlit, it has a three numeral display to show CO concentration and a 4 stage battery level indication.The issue I found with with the display is that if the unit is mounted above head height the display cannot be easily read. My photos were showing the display from below which appears as 888 when it is showing 000. Other CO alarms I have are readable from below as well as straight ahead, but this one is not. Something to consider when positioning the alarm.Comes with a comprehensive manual.Otherwise good value for a 10yr life CO alarm.

All you do is take the plastic off the included batteries, put it In position and it works.Very easy. Sturdy. It comes with scres to put it on the wall but it can also stand alone.
