It's light and the ear piece is soft. I have a big head, so it could be bigger, but it's still good. Sometimes the wire is a bit annoying because the weight of the controls pulls the headset down.The voice quality on the mic is not quite as good as a professional XLR microphone setup, but really close. The trade off is the background noise cancellation is so good. It's superior to any other noise cancellation software because it cuts out a lot and hardly affects voice quality. For online conferences, teaching, or calls, I highly recommend this.

This is a very functional headset. It has great audio quality and excellent noise cancellation.

I spent more money than my last USB headset to try the Plantronics brand. I was looking forward to the feature of 3.5 plug and the USB-C plug. Planned to use it mostly with the USB-C for good microphone while on Zoom business meetings. Opened it immediately to try with my Zoom meeting account. Upon plugging in the USB-C to my laptop, the headset emitted a painfully high pitched electronic interference buzzing sound directly in my ear. I've used hardwired microphone headsets for years. The last one was an off brand cheaper than Plantronics and never had any issues with it. Sadly the headband piece broke on my cheaper brand, so I needed to replace. Something is wrong with the electronics in this device.

Why get rid of the mm ports? I have enough USB devices and this takes it over the top!

I love these headsets, they are great as I do not care for double muff and the noise canceling is great!

The product said it wasn't supposed to arrive for a week or so but the seller managed to get it to me in a couple of days so it worked out perfectly. I have to work from home because of this COVID-19 lockdown and needed to be able to do video calls and share my screen to work. The headset works really well and is good quality.

Da ich kein Fan von Stereo Kopfhörern bin ( Ich möchte meine eigene Stimme hören können ), habe ich mich für dieses Modell entschieden.Ich nutze auch ein sehr hochwertiges Plantronics Headset schnurlos über Bluetooth. Dieses kann aber mit der Audioqualität bei weitem nicht mithalten.5***** von meiner Seite.

I bought 6 of these for the office as we suffer from a lot of cross talk on our conference calls. These are fantastic. They are more comfortable than others I've tried so that's good too. I've got both the mono and stereo versions. They both work well.
