Oh my gosh these stars are the BEST quality pimple patches I have found for the best price. I can’t afford the expensive ones at Target that cost 2-3x as much for a fraction of the quantity. I’ve bought packages of these patches over and over again, dozens of times. I unfortunately have some health conditions that cause oily skin and hormonal acne that worsens exponentially around my time-of-the-month. My husband likes to call my face a beautiful constellation during that time. 😆 These are the only things that make a true, quick difference in lessening the severity of my acne. The patches utilize the same mechanism of action on bacteria that hydrocolloid bandages use in the medical field (on a smaller scale). In laymen’s terms, it suffocates the bacteria’s access to oxygen, forcing them to come to the surface of the skin, and the patch absorbs the fluid and gunk. This severely reduces inflammation, prevents worsening infection, and promotes quicker healing. Every night I wash and dry my face thoroughly, I apply the stars, then I carefully apply my liquid facial products to the exposed skin (avoid the areas around the stars so they don’t come unstuck). **That being said, I do NOT recommend buying the sparkly style of stars if you intend to use them on your face/neck. They are beautiful and work well on big, flat skin surface areas (like your chest or back), but they are made out of a thicker, less malleable material that doesn’t adhere well to curved places (like your face).

These are awesome! Really cute, multiple sizes, and I like the colors. I stuck one on a giant (a little over a nickel-sized) cyst and it is significantly less inflamed (close to flat). Typically, cysts that size hang around for two-ish weeks for me, so this seems to help. No word on if it has any impact on scarring.

So I made fun of these, as an older adult I thought it was silly to wear something that draw attention to a zit. However, when I broke out for whatever reason I quickly ran to try anything to get rid of my zits, after many creams I turned to this and I'm so happy I did. It's not as noticeable as I thought and it actually looks cute, and the best part..IT WORKS!! My zit was gone in 24 hours after it was there for days ...so anyone on the fence, buy it!! It works and it doesn't look as obvious.

I bought these for my teenage daughter because these colorful star pimple patches seem to be all the rage with kids these days. I’ll admit I was a little skeptical and figured they were probably more about looking cool than actually doing anything—but they surprisingly work pretty well. She puts one over a pimple and, after wearing it for a while, you can actually see where the patch has absorbed fluid from the blemish into the center of the star. So, while she gets to walk around with colorful stars on her face and somehow consider that fashionable, they’re actually serving a purpose at the same time. The only downside we’ve noticed is that they can leave a slight red mark where the patch was after removing it. In our experience, the redness goes away after a short period of time, so it hasn’t been a major issue. These have turned out to be a pretty good purchase. If you have a teenager who wants something a little more fun than a plain acne patch, these seem to offer the best of both worlds—they look cool (according to my daughter, anyway) and actually help with pimples.

These work just as good as the star patches from Walmart! I really like the different themes of colors you get, the different sizes of stars are really convenient. They truly do help with minimizing the size of a breakout, and they do not fall off easily at all. When I put on sunscreen or moisturizer, I make sure to dab a bit of alcohol on a cotton swab and clean the area before applying a star patch on so it really holds on to the skin. I like how the edges are not sharp but rounded so it’s easier to hold on to and apply. These are much cheaper, AND work just as well if not better AND you get so many more patches! I will continue to repurchase these!

Super effective at removing gunk and calming irritation from pimples within a few hours! Great bang for your buck, does exactly what any of the (RIDICULOUSLY overpriced) Starface patches do. They do leave a slight sticky residue behind but for how well they work and for how cheap I don’t find that to be much of a drawback.

Used the day I got them and my ginormous lump that was on my face is almost gone this morning and they were just delivered at 4am yesterday! HIGHLY recommend these patches. I swear I have titanium pimples and nothing ever works on the huge ones and this 1 patch (which is also adorable & comes with multiple colors and sizes in the box) knocked one of the biggest ones I've had within hours!
