Helps shin splints
Works well for shin splints. If I apply this before I referee then I manage 80 mins without pain. Easy to apply, easy to remove. Adhesive is sufficient to wear this for 3 days if you prefer. Fairly low risk of dermatitis with this tape. Good value.

Hypermobility use
Enjoyed this tape a lot. Really helps me day to day and I can't toss it off like tubulars and I can use it everywhere. Market sure to patch test it for allergy, I'm allergic to some plasters but found this OK.

Good product at good price
Good quality and stick well if you know how to apply it. Easy application and no irritation of the skin. I change it daily and it works well and last long as they are 3 rolls. Good value for the price

Great for certain people.
I love and hate this product. It worked amazingly well, eases pain and discomfort. I tried it on a subluxed shoulder. However, you can't put it on yourself (depending on where you need it), and my skin had a bad reaction to it which is something to bare in mind. I'm not allergic to everyday plasters, but this gave me a rash and spots which took some time to clear up. It would be 5 stars if my skin didn't react and I could actually continue to use it.

Great value
Using while recovering from a rotator cuff tear. Very simple to use and the box gives you examples for different body parts. Stickiness lasts about 3 days for me. Make sure you leave time for your skin to recover once removed as it can lead to skin irritation and blisters. Great value for money though and wouldn't be without it now

Too harsh for my skin
Wow this tape really sticks! Partly fallen off, struggled to remove the remaining tape from arm, left with black streaks and very sore skin. Won’t be using anymore. No idea how to remove black streaks!

Klebt und hält mehrere Tage.
Hatte ewige Adduktoren Probleme und mit den Dingern habe ich sie wieder in Ordnung bekommen. Nachdem ich sie immer beim Training und bei Spielen benutzt habe, habe ich nun endlich keine Schmerzen mehr. Sie kleben super, auch ohne Rasur btw. ;) Aber mit Rasur klebts natürlich noch besser.
