Can I wear this even if I’m not in the military or is it offensive?

If you worried about a shirt that displays a "Spartan" helmet logo being offensive, you probably shouldn't wear it because THAT would be offensive to the whole ethos of relating to the Spartans.

Im 5'-09"slim body,,i usually wear lg but sometimes medium fits better.if i get med. would it be too small or is a lg my best bet for concealment.?

I would go with a large. I'd hate for it to shrink in the dryer and your gun to be flagging
