Great MMA Kick & Punch Shield
Title: โ โ โ โ โ This MMA-style kick and punch shield is a great training tool. It feels sturdy and well made, with enough padding to absorb hard kicks and punches comfortably. The size makes it easy to work on a variety of strikes, combinations, and drills without feeling awkward to handle. Itโs been a great addition to training and is suitable for both beginners and more experienced athletes. The construction feels durable, and it holds up well during repeated practice sessions. Overall, a solid training pad for anyone looking to improve their striking technique, power, and accuracy. Great value for the price!

SMALL kick shield, just FYI, but hold up to kids!
The kick pad is smaller than I thought, so if a child is kicking make sure you're paying attention as to where to put the pad. The strike pads are fine. Durable, have lasted two months of use without any signs of wear, and have been kid-proof so far!

Much better then nothing, a good stater set.
This is good for the money. If you are working with someone that does not hit that hard this is fine. If you work with kids or someone under 130 lbs no problem. If you working with hard hitters you might want to buy something with more padding.
