Can Acnetame Truly Tame Your Acne?
While everyone's acne condition is different and no one knows better about your skin than yourself, think its nice that online shoppers are looking into this product to possibly include in their skin care routine to better help improve their overall skin outcome. Having had very oily skin for 20 years, and the layered scars to show for it, it was nice to see the oil production finally coming under control a week after I started taking the pills. Originally, I had tried the recommended 2 pills, but found that (for me personally), the 4 pill a day regimen work to its most effective (perhaps this also speaks to the extent of my condition). Other benefits I had noticed was how the red blemishes have started to subside and calm down, such that there was a slight whitening effect on my face, as mentioned by a few reviewers here. SCIENCE of ACNETAME Think this is an angle that the product has going for it, as Acetame's vitamins largely targets individuals with oil problems. For instance, there are the presence and/or high dosages of: Vitamin A – helps to reduce oiliness (Accutane is a derivative of vitamin A). Even at 4 tablets, the vitamin A levels are at safe levels. Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) – treats hormonal pimples by decreasing the amount of sebum/skin oil. Chromium – helps to regulate blood sugar to keep hormones from fluctuating, thereby preventing hormonal blemishes. Vitamin B3 – helps to absorb proteins to fight/prevent breakouts. REALITY CHECK for ACNETAME While improvements were visible within a week, Acnetame is not a acne-proof product; to be fair, no product in the market is. As mentioned by some reviewers, in the 2 week span of taking the product, I did get 1-2 small pimples (not the end of the world), but still a huge improvement compared to the pre-Acnetame period. I would attribute the appearance of the small pimples to lifestyle factors that needed adjustments on my part (healthier eating - meaning no fast food, greasy meat, sugary sodas; better sleeping/exercising - all easier said than done as some may honestly appraise). I think I needed to work with the product synergistically to better realize ideal results. Despite this reality check, I would still incorporate Acnetame into my skin regimen (i.e. taking 4 pills a day) as I consider it a major tool in slowing down/preventing the onset of acne. Not having to deal with an oily face sheen at the end of the day, is reason to have Acnetame take precious real estate on my night stand, and to be conveniently 1-click away from reordering on Amazon. MOVING FORWARD with ACNETAME Since the goal would be to focus on the oil production (or acne cause for me), I thought I would also slowly incorporate a few more vitamins/minerals into the regimen to help bolster the results even more (I'm not a doctor, so please do your own research), while benefiting from the vitamins/proprietary blends of Acnetame at the same time. Vitamins/minerals I would include are: Vitamin A (20,000 IU/day) – reduces oiliness. Taking 4 pills of Acnetame, I would already have 10,000 IU of vitamin A. I would have to supplement an additional 10,000 IU separately with Vitamin A alone (can lower to 2 pills + supplement). 20,000 – 25,000 IU would be the maximum dosage I would personally and safely entertain. Vitamin C (2000 mg/day, Rose Hips, etc) – increases glutathione, a major antioxidant for acne; also promotes collagen healing and reduces stress (a cause for acne). Vitamin D (5,000 IU/day) – helps with reducing oiliness and supports other major functions in the body. Vitamin E (250 IU/day, natural) – prevents sebum oil from oxidizing which prevents acne. Magnesium (at least 100% DV - take at night) - for better sleep and required for skin health. Probiotics – gut bacteria which helps with permeability of food and oiliness. Zinc (50 mg/day) – some feel it helped, others felt it didn't. Some felt this is what cured their acne. BOTTOM LINE You know your skin type and condition, and you best know how certain products responds/not respond to your skin; you never know until you give it a try. Originally, I had tried a competitor's product, only to be dismayed that as the weeks went by, how the oily facial sheen continued to stare right back at me on the mirror every night. Give Acnetame a fair trial for a full month and you may be pleasantly surprised with the result that the product has to offer. This stuff really works!!
This stuff is really excellent! I started using it and saw a difference almost immediately. I have been to the dermatologist for about six years trying to get my mild to moderate acne under control. I’ve had issues during my hormonal times and it’s been really hard to get under control. I will literally take one of these at night and wake up with my pimples reduce significantly in the morning. I typically have cystic acne and it’s not a lot. it’s just things that pop up here and there, but this has been excellent and the only thing that’s ever worked for me. I’ve tried Accutane and couldn’t handle that because of the side effects this is so much better. I haven’t had any side effects.

So far, a real miracle!
Let me start by explaining about my acne. I am in my thirties now, and have had acne since my teens. I have mild adult acne with at least one new breakout every day, sebaceous cysts occasionally the size of a pea around my neck and on my back, and very oily skin! How oily you ask?... I wash my face twice a day with a 10% benzoyl peroxide wash, and apply 10% benzoyl peroxide cream multiple times a day, and never even come close to drying out my skin. Damn face was shiny and oily with sebum in an hour. And no, salicylic acid does not prevent anything, it just helps speed up the cure once a breakout has already occurred. Only benzoyl peroxide has an impact on prevention, and without it, my acne was out of control. I have deep acne that sometimes doesn't even surface for days, so topical treatments do almost nothing. I have tried every OTC/prescription cream, tons of prescribed skin-pills, and waited for months to see a dermatologist, only to be told that there is no cure for adult acne. I eat a more balanced diet than most people, and am otherwise as healthy as can be. Enter Acnetame... The first two weeks at 2-pills a day saw very minor improvements, So i bumped it up to 4-pills a day. By the forth week, my breakouts were getting noticeably smaller, and my skin was also much less oily than before! After having new acne breakouts every day for the past 15 years, i was in shock! I kept this up for another few weeks, and my face is returning to a normal that i haven't since before puberty, with only occasional small breakouts that heal quickly. Also i haven't felt any new sebaceous cysts on my back. I haven't notice any adverse side affects at all. I did try to reduce the dosage back to 2-pills a day, and my oily skin and some new breakouts returned within a week, so it looks like i will need to spend $720 a year to keep this up. This is high considering most of these same amounts of vitamins can be picked up in a local health-store for a few bucks each. This, combined with the fact that i still do have small breakouts and STILL oilier than normal skin, are the only reasons why i removed one star. If Addrena would make a version of this for extremely oily skin, i would definitely be interested. I am currently exploring other vitamin supplements for acne to see what specifically my body responds to the best. I am also considering getting some blood-tests done to see the before/after Acnetame vitamin levels in my body. In my quest so far, i do notice that Acnetame does have higher amounts of vitamins per tablet than other similar supplements. Hopefully i don't find out in a couple of years that all these high %DVs of vitamins caused irreversible damage to my organs in some way. LOL!

The GOAT for acne!
I’ve had hormonal acne for a really long time and I’ve tried ALL the things to get rid of it, THIS PRODUCT IS THE ONLY THING THAT HAS SERIOUSLY HELPED! Unfortunately, I don’t think I will be able to live without it, so I will be making future purchases before I run out each time!

SKIN IMPROVED BUT PLEASE READ WARNING!
I took 2 pills a day for about 2.5 weeks and the old spots are less red. However, I still get cystic acne so the inflammation is still there. The cysts do seem to come to head a bit faster though. Instead of the acne being on my cheeks, they are now on my chin. It seems that breakouts are less spread out now and are more condensed around an area. I had oily skin before taking this and still have oily skin. I am hopeful that if I continue to take this, my skin may get better. Will update in a few weeks. -----UPDATE------ I finished my first bottle about a week ago. I experienced better results towards my last week with the bottle. However, while waiting a few days for my other bottle, my skin did get worse. So its telling me that this product is doing something to my skin. I just received another bottle and will continue to take 2 pills a day or even 4 depending on severity. I'm still hopeful about this product and just a heads up to place your order weeks in advance because for some reason Amazon takes a while to ship this and this product often goes out of stock. Will continue to update. -----UPDATE------ (changed 3 stars to 4 stars) Once my order came in, I started taking it 4 times a day. Didn't notice much the first two weeks, but after a month of taking 4 pills a day, I could see some improvement in terms of inflammation and the amount of cysts. I still get cystic acne, but less. I took these while using a benzoyl peroxide lotion, so that may have helped as well. I'm still hopeful that if I continue this things may get better.. May or may not lessen the dosage to 2 or 3 pills. Will continue to update. ---PLEASE BE CAREFUL! ( READ WARNING )--- Although my acne did start to clear up after taking 4 pills a day for 3 months, it may or may not have harmed my kidney in the process. My kidney suffered complications and I don't know for sure yet what caused it. My intuition leads me to think so because I'm a fairly healthy individual, workout and eat fairly clean and the only outlier in the past few months are these pills. After I stopped taking the pills, it took a couple months for my kidneys to improve. Just be careful when taking additional pills and only do so for a SHORT time. Also, stop and consult a doctor if you notice any slight complications if you choose to take these pills. It is not worth slightly better skin to damage your body in the long run. I regret taking these in the first place. Lesson learned.

The acne supplement that has changed my life for the better!!
I'm a 33 year old female who has suffered at the hands of hormonal acne ever since I hit the tender "coming of age" better know as "puberty." Over the years... I had come to realize that not only was my acne tied to my menstrual cycle, but as well as other things in life, such as stress. (Who knew?!) Usually a week or two before my menstrual cycle would start, I would have a severe influx of hormones that would just wreck my face altogether. If I didn't know my period was coming, the substantial change in my face was a clear giveaway. Forehead... nose.... cheeks... chin. You name it. My face was a battle zone and no amount of skin wash products, moisturizers or makeup could help cover up this monstrosity. And if you think that wasn't rough enough... try navigating the murky waters of unnecessary pressure/tension and job security at your place of employment. And aside from that, I was constantly dealing with other obstacles in my daily life that would create MORE unwanted stress on top of what I was already dealing with!! Needless to say, but from all of that stress, my up constant battle with hormonal acne continued well from my youth into adulthood. So that has literally been my life for about 2/3 of the way... or rather it WAS until recently. Dealing with acne for about 20 years.... living with low self confidence and in constant shame of my facial appearance, it's been a rough journey. And when I say rough, I mean it. Years of not loving myself because I'm embarrassed of my facial acne. Feeling so insecure you can't even look at people directly in the eyes because you feel the world is judging you at all times. I felt miserable all the time for something I literally couldn't control. I began researching ways to help combat my situation. I meticulously researched various medicines, facial washes, homeopathic do-it-yourself methods, over the counter vitamins, essential oils, etc to help with my situation. When I thought I had found the perfect solution, I was always met with brief, temporary results that always ended in disappointment. Enter "Acnetame." I came across this item on Amazon.com and was surprised by how well the item was being reviewed and at the results people were getting. Even people on Youtube were reviewing this product with hopeful results. As a hope to help calm my insecurities, I decided to purchase this supplement on May 6th, 2020. The item would arrive by May 10th, 2020. Since then, I have been using it since and my gosh, I have to say... this has been the salvation I've been looking for since... well FOREVER!! I take one pill a day and it's enough to calm and soothe my skin. No longer do I have little inflamed bumps of acne parading across my face. No longer do I have itchy, flaky acne on my forehead that grows more inflamed and tender as the days go by and no longer do I have noticeably enlarged, clogged pores on my nose. My skin is incredibly more cohesive looking. It's noticeably less flushed looking, and more uniform with the rest of my skin, from the sides of my face NOT affected with acne down to my neck. I don't feel the need to wear makeup any more, even during quarantine when I'm by myself because of self confidence issues. My skin is the way I've always wanted it to be, but could never have. And in all honestly, I owe my gratitude and thanks to this miracle acne supplement. I'm in love with this product and wish I had known about it way sooner. Maybe then I wouldn't have lived life the way I did before... in constant fear that people were judging my adult acne for something I had no control over. I give my sincerest and greatest gratitude to the maker's of this supplement and implore other's that might feel the same way I did to try it too. Thank you so much for everything and I hope my journey with acne is finally coming to and end. I may have lost many battles with acne, but I refuse to lose the war!

Did well at first but not sustainable
I believe I am on my 5th bottle of this thing. Can I just say that this has in all honesty seems to be making quite a difference in my skin!!!! I’ve been on it since the middle of March and currently it is the end of June so a good 3 and a half months. At first I had trouble figuring out what dosage was best for me. While the bottle says 2 times a day it also suggest 4 times a day for those who suffer from more severe acne. Before taking this my acne was mild. When I was younger my acne was way worse but as I got older it settled down. However, I still got hormonal acne which was basically around my chin area. While it was nowhere as near as bad as when I was in High school. I still got deep cystic kinds which were just annoying and a pain. I just wanted to have clear skin. I didn’t need perfect skin but I wanted to stop getting acne every day. Before going on this pill I barely had a day of completely clear skin. I usually had one or 2 decently bad pimples on my face, then when I was ovulating I would break out and then it would go back to being just a few on the face. I was just tired of the cycle and I tried a lot of internal products such as Zinc and others. They never worked. I also didn’t want to go on birth control since it could mess up everything and maybe make it even worse. So I finally decide to buy Acnetame since it had amazing reviews and it wasn’t too expensive. THIS WAS THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE. At first I took 2 for like a few weeks but didn’t really see a difference so I just took the plunge and began taking 4. In about a week or 2 my skin became the clearest it has ever been. I honestly was amazed but also scared that it was a fluke. However, my skin continued to stay clear. I got the occasional tiny pimple which is mainly from clogged pores but they went away in about a day. And when you have struggled from real acne those tiny ones are nothing in comparison. After about a month I started taking 3 a day and it continues to work. After a week of that I thought why not take 2 a day. It may be because when I began taking 2 a day it matched with my ovulating cycle not sure but I broke out a bit. Nothing super terrible but a lot worse than since I began taking the pill, this continued for about a few weeks and I finally about 3 weeks ago decided to start taking 3 pills a day again. Since then I have not had any breakouts and my chin has been clear. I have gotten the occasional small pimple but my skin has been so nice. So far everything has been amazing. I think 3 a day has been a really good dosage for me and I honestly just want to cry. It feels incredible to not worry about if or when I’ll break out next. My skin really isn’t a concern anymore and that is probably the most incredible feeling an acne suffer could ever feel. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who’s suffering with acne. It takes a while to figure out your perfect dosage but it totally works. Please use common sense in the case you are taking other medications, consult your physician. Also remember that not all products work on everyone. I would suggest maybe going through the whole bottle before you decide to give this up, maybe even 2 and try changing up the dosage if 2 a day aren’t working. But getting clear skin is totally possible. I never thought it would be I only wish I had tried this sooner. PS. One con I will say about this product is the smell. It smell disgusting, but just swallow it fast and don't smell it and you won't have a problem. Also not sure if this is an actual side effect but I think it gives me soft stool and sometimes diarrhea. I’m not completely sure if this is what’s causing it, but ever since I started taking this my stool has been soft. Does anyone else notice this problem? Anyway this is incredible and even if it is what’s causing my soft stool I will definitely continue to take it. (Just gotta eat more fiber lol) Update: So I believe after about 5 or 6 bottles I no longer use this. It wasn’t that it was bad or anything, if you are suffering from acne I would try this out but I just don’t know if it made a difference in the long term. Also I started to get issues with diarrhea. This may not have anything to do with the pills since even being off these for months I still have stomach issues but I do feel like it affected my stomach. At first I felt like it was doing well for my acne, however, for my more persistent hormonal acne it just wasn’t doing much. So eventually after taking 3 and 4 pills a day and still breaking out around my chin I decided this wasn’t for me. Honestly my skin is doing better now when I am eating healthier and skipping on dairy. So my advice is try this out, it may work for you. However, this simply wasn’t the magical cure I was looking for.

Great!
Have used it for three weeks, noticed visually clearer skin almost immediately. I have a very oily complexion and lots of sebum and Acnetame seemed to help it not produce as much oil resulting in less breakouts and blackheads.

It really does work!!!
This really does work. I took the actual prescription medication in my early 20s to clear acne. I use this now to maintain my skin. Works quickly if you have flare ups of acne.
