I like their bright color and beautiful appearance. They make a bold appearance. They do deliver pain relief, I use them daily and nightly while doing this or that. They’re so Convenient and durable. They are well-made and they perform well. I’m really glad I got them and I’ll get more in other colors.

I have been in extreme pain for over 2 years, and when it reaches an impossible level nothing helps. Until now. I use these to gently tap over any areas that are affected, then gently rub them over the area to "erase the pain". At first, the results did not last long and I would continue to repeat the process. But the fact I could get any relief is mountainous and I do feel that the results are accumulative to a point. I also use them more aggressively in areas that can handle it. These are for anyone, with or without a partner, they help you reach areas that are hard to reach, and the slight aroma is very pleasant.

The APSWUDR Manual Hammers are a great alternative to the electric muscle massage that are very popular now. I think it helps break up the muscle tension and lactic acid after a workout. I have it next to my computer when I feel my neck getting tense. Would recommend.
