Love these but sometimes they are expensive for the amount. Tastes nice I think it’s a mild taste that is a little sweet it’s not overbearing.

Excellent quality and priced reasonably. Such a delicious and delicate tea. I love the aniseed aftertaste. Perfect steeping time for 5 minutes. Such a beneficial tea for your health. Highly recommended.

I love this tea. It tastes of anniseed and has a heady aroma which makes me feel grounded. The health benefits of the mushroom is not really noticed (i don't drink it too often as it's pretty pricey) The sachets containing the teabag are a little small and it is easy to tear the teabag if you are rushing for a brew.

The mushroom commonly known as Reishi (in Japanese) or ‘Ling Zhi’ (in Chinese) is one of the most important medicinal mushrooms in the world. After reading Tero Isokauppila’s book ‘Healing mushrooms’ I was converted to exploring the health and mental benefits they provide. I’ve looked for various products and fresh mushrooms from Chinese supermarkets. Whilst good, many other products, powders and pills are expensive, so this tea is fantastic, as it’s relatively cheap and is one of the most well regarded mushrooms. I can’t say exactly how powerful it is, however it certainly helps my concentration.

I think this is lovely tea and drink it each night about an hour before bed. It seems to be helping me with sleep so that's the main reason why I drink it.

Helps me sleeps better, taste nice and affordable

It's definitely not the worst flavour - I am drinking these combined with the tablets to try and affect my chronic insomnia. Nothing as yet, but perhaps it will end up just being a fairly nice tea (*_*)
