First off, Excellent customer service! Second, this mounting kit is made exceptionally well! The quality of the metal and functionality are much better than those of any other brand I have tried. The arms are held up with a built-in piston, which is made very well and can hold up my LG 45-inch monitor with ease. The assembly is very easy and works well with my wooden desk. about 1 inch thick. Pros: Well made, ease of use, easy to assemble, feels durable, and works very well with heavier monitors and smaller ones for sure! Easy Mountability! Has a long length that extends far out and has an excellent range of motion. Whatever angle you want, you can set it. Cons: Not many, takes about 20 minutes to assemble for the average person. Costs slightly more than most competitors, but worth the money!! Overall, I highly recommend this company and this product! Their customer service has been the best I have dealt with in a very long time, period. I had purchased the wrong kit for my second monitor, and they were understanding and fast at responding! I received the second product at no cost and got to keep the original! 10/10

If you’ve never used a monitor arm before and you spend a lot of time in front of a screen—whether it’s for gaming, work, or anything else—this is a total game changer. It instantly makes your setup cleaner and way more space-efficient. The arm feels super solid and well-built. Honestly this was a very impressive monitor stand. I was a little skeptical when ordered it for my 49" ultra-widescreen but it worked amazingly well. The adjustment screws made it very easy to tune the arm to the weight of my monitor and it was easy to move it around after install. The only negative I can think of is I wish there was a detent or a sprit-level to help find the rotational center because I made myself a little bit crazy trying to get my monitor precisely horizontal. I think a more normal person would not be bothered by this. I mounted it with a drilled hole through my desk (not the C-Clamp) and I did not have a single problem with it. The supplied screw for through-hole mounting is frankly insanely long and would accommodate just about any thickness of desk unless you're computing atop a Mayan ruin or something.

This was easy to assemble. Made really well. Once it was adjusted it is perfect for my 49 inch curved LG monitor. Great build quality, solid and maneuverable. I would have given this arm a 5 star rating but one of the cable management clips was missing. I didnt notice it until I was wiring the monitor. I reached out to Amazon but the only option they gave was to send the arm back for a replacement. Not a helpful option. I was hoping that they would be able to connect me with the manufacturer but, no. So I deal with cables hanging off the back of the arm. Not the end of the world. If you do get one of these, check to make sure you have all of the parts before putting it all together!

Easy to set up and install on my desk.... It holds my 39in curved monitor with ease. Cable management is ok... Might be better with some longer cables.

I received the stand in a timely fashion. As I recall it was overnight. I had ordered one earlier too, but left them in a box for a while. I installed them in an hour or so, and put up two monitors. Monitor arm supports are easy to set up, and work beautifully. They are heavy duty, and more than up to the task. There is great freedom of movement for orienting the monitors both horizontally and vertically. I once thing is that there is cable management built into the arms. Great purchase

Arrived promptly. Was very easy to setup. Works great with my Samsung Odyssey G9 49" monitor. Had one screw missing for the arm at the base, though I was still able to mount the monitor without it. Emailed Areswing customer support at the address provided, and they were very prompt at resolving the issue. Would order from them again.

The mount is fine, but DO NOT buy the one with the USB ports. No matter what you do these will ALWAYS come loose and pull out. I spent hours trying to secure the wires, but as soon as you try to unplug a USB cable, the port will slide out of the side of the mount. Buy the version without the USB ports and you will be fine. I spent 10 dollars more than I should have. UPDATE - The seller reached out to me, and offered me a refund for the difference between the monitor arm with the usb hub, and the monitor arm without USB. Updated to 4 stars - seller seems to care about their customers .

Currently using it with a 34 inch wide screen. No issues and the extra ports come in so handy! Easily adjustable at all angles. Great monitor arm!

Installation was easy and looks nice, performs well mostly. The tilt does tend to sag over time (monitor tilts downward) regardless of how tight I torque the screw, but minor inconvenience given economical price compared to ergotron alrernative

A game changer for my gaming setup. It feels very durable, and movement is extremely smooth. No issues holding a 34-inch wide curved monitor. The swivel and tilt features are a big plus. Definitely recommended.
