Boodles of noodles!
I love these noodles for several reasons: 1 -they're easy to prepare as you don't even need to cook them, just drain the water out the bag and add them into soup or similar. I don't have a sieve but they still drained well. 2 - they've got no carbs, which has really helped. It seems that high carb use has been affecting my sleep as they turn into glucose so can be as harmful as sugar. 3- They don't appear to have gluten either 4 - Zero sugar too! You get 170g noodles in each sachet. Just wish I'd bought more!

An alternative to egg noodles for keto
I’ve only used these once so far and they are ok for occasional use. Perhaps not as satisfying as egg noodles and with no nutritional value to speak of, I’ll use them now and again. The odour on opening is very off fishy, as warned, but when rinsed as directed, they are perfectly neutral. Easy to use and incorporate into Chinese and Japanese soups.

Great for Weight Management
Good value. Not the nicest smelling noodles but if prepared properly they taste okay (you have to have a good sauce, mind you) Filling and great for weight management. Cooked easily once prepared and the texture is not too bad.

Rinse well and let the sauce do the work
The first thing to know about shirataki noodles is that opening the package is not the final preparation step. The alkaline packing liquid can have a noticeable aroma, so drain the noodles and rinse them thoroughly before adding them to a dish. Once prepared, their firm, springy texture works well with stir-fry sauces, ramen-style broth, or a flavorful pasta sauce. They are not meant to feel exactly like traditional wheat pasta, and knowing that makes the experience much better. This package includes six 170-gram portions made in Japan. The noodles are more than 95 percent water with glucomannan fiber, and the listing identifies them as low calorie, sugar free, fat free, vegan, and gluten free. They have been great as a lighter pantry option when I want the sauce and other ingredients to be the focus of the meal. My main tip is simple: rinse well, use a strongly flavored sauce, and expect a firmer bite.

Molto buona

Not a normal noodle at all
Ew. Smell does go away when rinsing but texture is horrendous. Maybe that's what it's supposed to be like but if you're looking for a similar experience to normal noodles but with just very few ingredients, this does have one 1 natural ingredient but you are NOT getting the traditional noodle experience. This is... alien.

Gut, aber nicht preisgünstig...
Gut in Geschmack (neutral) und Textur. Gut geeignet für Keto-Diät. Aber es gibt billigere, die genauso gut sind.
