Several brands sell some version of the CX-817: a solid & simple glass kettle that is quick to boil, is not too noisy, & the 1.8 L capacity is more than other ones I’ve seen. So why get it from Megawise? Excellent customer service. They’re reachable, communicative, and problem solving (thanks, Joy!). If you need something Megawise sells, I recommend you get it from them.

Life saver!! Works quick

This electric pot is very convenient and it's nice how the charger is not attached when you want to put this on a table or kitchen counter to pour hot water in cups for tea or instant soup powder. Only problem is that it stains very easily and it's extremely hard to remove the brown stain inside the glass. Otherwise it would be five stars.

Plus, the capacity is fantastic – it holds a really generous amount of water, can be loud when the water is boiling, not odor when we opened it, which is super handy if you're making a big pot for guests or just want to fill up a massive mug. This is actually my second one from this line, and honestly, they've really outdone themselves with this model. It's definitely a noticeable upgrade from the one I had before, which I already thought was pretty great! Couldn't be happier with it great quality.

After using this product for three months, the water frequently overflowed without turning off automatically, nearly draining completely. Eventually, it stopped working today. I used a different product for nearly four years previously. What is the problem with this one? Please take note.

This is an excellent kettle. I’ve purchased this kettle from this brand four times over the years for my family members, and every time I’ve been impressed. It has a fantastic design and very solid durability. Recently, I had an issue with a broken lid more than a year after my purchase. Even though the warranty was only one year, their customer service was outstanding, fast, responsive, and truly helpful. I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this brand to anyone considering a purchase.
