How long does it last? How long does it take to charge?

The battery will last the instant hot water heater for 90 minutes on a full charge and the hot water heater can be fully charged in 3 hours.

Is E6 error code quality issue?

E6 error code is not a quality issue. To prevent burns, our water heater turns off and displays an E6 error code at around 122℉. If you're experiencing this, check for a blocked water pump or adjust the power knob before restarting.

Do you have a car adapter and a 12V car plug?

Yes you can plug into 12V car cigarette lighter to power the unit.

Does the water heater operating while charging?

The battery supports charging and discharging at the same time, always make sure to open the ON/OFF switch before charing.
