Seriously?” I honestly don’t understand some of the reviews for this phone, because my experience has been completely different — and AMAZING. The performance is next level. It feels like “makkhan ki malai” — super smooth, fluid, and fast. No lag, no heating issues in normal usage. The battery is also very stable. Yes, it drops a bit faster when using the camera (which is expected because of heavy processing), but otherwise it holds really well. Very bad product no one is helping to I am completely frustrated purchasing mobile phone from Amazon as not getting any help either from Amazon or manufacturer of Mobile phone i.e. Xiaomi. I ordered a Xiaomi 14 Civi Aqua Blue on 14.07.2025 and got the phone on 15.07.2025. At the time of purchasing, I also purchased installation service and scheduled the installation on 16.07.2025 but no one contacted me and came for installation. Then I cancelled the installation service on 17.07.2025 and opened the packet for self installation. I have installed the mobile but on inserting the sim, I found the sim tray is broken. Then I tried to replace the mobile, an inspection service generated on 17.07.2025 but no one attended. On 19.07.2025 and 20.07.2025, I contacted customer care of Amazon, They told me that mobile phones will be replaced by Xiaomi.The Amazon Customer care advised that they get in writing of denial from Xiaomi in case they refuse to replace. Today, I again make a call to Amazon Customer care but did not receive any satisfactory reply. I visited the Xiaomi authorised service centre. The Service Centre refused to replace the item and was not ready to give anything in writing. Xiaomi Service Centre people are very rude and their replies are very irresponsible.Then I told them to replace the sim card tray. They said it is chargeable and told me that Rs. 1743.00 will be charged. I have no other option but as proof that i visited the Xiaomi authorised centre for replacement orders for the parts for which they have taken my mobile and told to come after 4-5 days. the issue. I received defective product technician assigned but not visiting. Never purchase mobile online

i was using REDMI NOTE7 48MP rear camera,4/64GB Making year 2019(i also used NOKIA N8 & 808 PURE VIEW) Now I using XIAOMI 14 civi 12/512 GB panda white @ Rs29250/-for 2 week I am not a mobile gamer, using mobile for calling, browsing, taking picture & listening music Rare Camera: Compeering to REDMI Note7 picture quality is not up to mark , its basically editing picture with AI. Raw picture is as same as Note7, in some case Note7 picture with 48 MP good than XIAOMI 14 civi So over all camera quality is not satisfactory. Video is ok, no hell & haven difference from my old phone , only have more high resolution capture option. Front Camera: good than my old 1 , but again editing by AI and failed, i share a pic with fail AI. Over all: speed of device is good, battery not bad 1 charge 100% using for 2 days, cant say music quality because this model have no 3.5 mm jack & i use IEM CCA C12 so :(

Camera is truly best of line for <30k int (aside from Samsung's s24fe of course) 1. Battery drains quickly but is manageable because it is marketed for its camera and lasts almost a day on low to mid usage. 2. Camera has straight up too many options but doesn't have pro video mode and live photos . For a normal user it's overwhelming but photos are very good specially primary sensor. 3. Performance is top notch is has UFS4.0 storage and Snapdragon 8s gen3 . Phone heats a bit on gaming for long duration and metal frame makes it feel you. 4 OS is something major. Xiaomi has made a real change with its hyperOS it's perfect It's a solid option if you are willing toh trade good battery for good camera (it's has a mediocre battery life)
