Excellent Product – Must Have for Every Car Owner!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Product – Must Have for Every Car Owner! I purchased the Portronics Vayu 3.0 Tyre Inflator and I am extremely satisfied with the performance. It is compact, powerful, and very easy to use. The 150 PSI pressure capacity works perfectly for my car tyres, and the digital display makes it very convenient to set the desired pressure. The 4000 mAh battery backup is impressive and inflates tyres quickly without any hassle. Build quality is solid and the product feels premium. It’s portable and very useful during emergencies or long drives. Highly recommended for everyone. Totally worth the price!

Must buy if you are a regular rider
Using this for almost 1 year. Hadn't thought much of it until I got a slow puncture on a highway stretch with no petrol bunk around. Pulled this out, pumped the tyre, rode to the nearest mechanic. That was enough for me. The pump is a bit slow but it works fine for bike tyres. Powerbank has saved my phone on a couple of long rides when I forgot to charge before leaving. The flashlight is handy for quick checks at night — nothing fancy, but bright enough. Three things I actually use, in one thing that fits in my bag. Solid buy for anyone who rides regularly.

Good product with excellent after sales support
This is review after about a year review. The product worked fine with no complaints. But recently it stopped working for some internal issue. Fortunately it was just before it's warranty expiry.so I immediately contacted the portronics support. They asked me few video to share the product issue. After that they placed a return order and after they received my faulty item , they sent me a replacement product promptly. The whole process was seamless. Thank you for your support.

Inflator is good - but battery quality is not very good
Writing this review after using it for many months. It worked very well for first few months. I was able to inflate all 4 car tyres, 2 tyres of Activa and Ather in single charge. After few months - it's battery drains out very fast.. Now I can hardly inflate 2 tyres and battery is dead. Also, i used it once in a week or 2 week - so it's not like very heavy usage. Updated after 1+ year: Used this hardly for 50 times and battery is totally dead... Now with full charge as well, It will hardly start.. Cannot fill even single tyre now.. More Update : Since I have to anyway throw away this product - I took liberty to dissect it. Here are few more observations 1. Build is quite robust as seen from photo I posted. In case anyone want a clue on how to open it - there is sticker on below side which is smartly integrated in design. Once you peel off the sticker whole assembly can be pulled from front. 2. Claim that battery is 4000mAh is again false. There are 2 Cell 2000 mAh battery unit of 7.4 - 8.4 V (18650 type cell). In case manufacturer is reading my message - here is my feedback on improving your product 1. Keep up the robust design - I like internal mechanics, motor you have used and airtight assembly you have built unlike some other cheaper brands 2. You just need to improve on 2 things - Get robust BMS (Battery Management IC) and bit good quality rechargeable cell. Currently, I think most unit fails as this product is getting charged using fast charger and I guess there is no cut off in existing circuit once battery is charged. This damages battery very quickly. This might add hardly 50-100 rupees to your cost but your product will become much more sustainable in the market.

Good for cars worst for cycles
The Portronics Vayu 3.0: A Master of the Highway, A Failure on the Cycle Track If you walk into any electronics store in India looking for a gadget to keep in your glove box, the Portronics Vayu 3.0 is likely the first thing you’ll see. It’s priced aggressively, looks sleek, and promises 150 PSI of power. But as any experienced cyclist knows, "150 PSI" on a spec sheet is often a marketing dream rather than a mechanical reality. After weeks of testing this unit on everything from a Maruti Suzuki Swift to a high-pressure road bike, the verdict is clear: it’s a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde of the inflation world. 1. The Design: Style Over Substance? Portronics has always excelled at making tech look "gadgety" and premium at a low price point. The Vayu 3.0 is a compact, vertical brick that fits comfortably in one hand. It has a matte finish that feels decent, though the plastic casing hints at why it’s half the price of a Xiaomi or Bosch equivalent. The digital display is large and bright, which is great for roadside emergencies at night. However, the hose is notably short. While this makes it "ultra-portable," it means the device often has to dangle from your tire valve if the valve happens to be at the top of the wheel rotation. Over time, this puts unnecessary stress on both the valve stem and the inflator’s internal connectors. 2. The Car Experience: Where it Actually Shines If you are buying this for your car, you will likely be satisfied. Most car tires operate between 30 and 35 PSI. For a portable compressor, moving a high volume of air at low pressure is relatively easy. In my testing, topping up a car tire from 28 to 32 PSI took roughly 90 seconds. The motor hums with a vibration that is noticeable but not violent. For a total flat (0 to 32 PSI), you’re looking at about 7 to 9 minutes. It’s slow compared to a gas station compressor, but for a device powered by a 4000mAh battery that fits in your glove box, it’s impressive. The Auto-Shutoff feature is the Vayu 3.0’s saving grace for car owners. You set it to 33 PSI, hit start, and you can go back to sitting in your car while it works. It’s consistent and reliable in this specific range. 3. The Cycle Experience: The "Trash" Factor Now, let’s talk about why you called it "trash" for cycles. You aren't wrong. Cycles, especially road bikes, require high pressure (80–120 PSI) in a very small volume. This is where the Vayu 3.0’s "150 PSI" claim falls apart. The Struggle: As the pressure climbs past 60 PSI, the motor begins to sound strained. The pitch of the whine increases, and the rate of inflation slows to a crawl. The Heat Issue: Because the motor has to work so hard to push air into a high-pressure tube, the unit generates massive amounts of heat. By the time you hit 90 PSI on a road bike tire, the brass connector is hot enough to nearly burn your fingers. The Seal Problem: The screw-on mechanism is tedious. On a Presta valve (common on cycles), you lose a significant amount of air just trying to unscrew the hose once the "inflation" is done. For a car tire, losing 0.5 PSI during disconnect doesn't matter. For a thin cycle tire, that puff of air can drop your pressure by 5–10 PSI instantly, rendering the "precision" of the digital gauge useless. If you’re a mountain biker running 25 PSI, the Vayu 3.0 is "fine." But for anyone with a hybrid or road bike, this device is a source of pure frustration. 4. Battery Life and the 4000mAh Myth The Vayu 3.0 boasts a 4000mAh battery (typically two 2000mAh cells). While this sounds like a lot, the efficiency of the motor is the bottleneck. For Cars: You can easily top up all four tires on a single charge and still have 50% battery left. For Cycles: Ironically, because it struggles so hard at high pressures, it drains the battery faster. Trying to fill two road bike tires to 100 PSI will often leave the battery indicator flashing red. Furthermore, the standby time is mediocre. If you leave this in your trunk for three months without checking it, don't be surprised if it’s dead when you actually need it. It lacks the high-quality lithium cells found in more expensive "pro" units that hold a charge for a year. 5. Portability vs. Durability At 700 grams, it’s light enough to throw in a pannier bag, but I wouldn't recommend it for long-distance cycling tours. It’s too bulky for a jersey pocket and too fragile for a bike-mounted bracket. The internal gears are likely plastic or low-grade alloy, which explains the "dead after six months" reviews commonly seen on Amazon. In a car, it lives a cushioned life in the side pocket or spare tire well. On a bike, the constant vibrations of the road will likely rattle the internal sensors loose within a season. 6. Comparison: Portronics vs. The World

Reliability issues
Initially felt a great product, but started showing some issues, like quick discharge or just one or two max refilling of air, and with in a year, it just stopped working, warranty was over, so couldn't claim.
