A really good baby monitor. The video quality is solid, setup was easy, and it worked reliably for over a year. The app also allows full shared control of the camera, which my other monitor lacks since it only allows one person to turn the camera on and off. Recently, the WiFi connection started getting a bit laggy, so I contacted customer support expecting a long back-and-forth process. Instead, they responded quickly and sent a replacement without hesitation. Good product, even better customer service.

I absolutely love this baby monitor. The video quality is excellent, the connection has been reliable, and the split-screen feature is what sold me. I actually received a different brand at my baby shower, but after comparing them, I returned it and bought this one instead. It has been one of the best baby purchases I've made. On top of making a great product, their customer service is outstanding. I accidentally left my monitor while traveling in California and didn't want to purchase an entirely new system just to replace one piece. I reached out to their support team, and they sent me a replacement monitor, which I truly appreciated. Great product, great company, and excellent customer service. We recently had our second child and after using the Vtech baby monitor with our first child we were interested in this ieGeek due to its dual capabilities to see both kiddos and I must say, it is tremendous! This camera has exceeded all my expectations and has become an essential part of our parenting routine. The screen is pretty energy efficient allowing it to last for quite a while before charging, but it is quick charging with USB-C it's not a big deal at all! I would say the entire setup at most takes 5 minutes or less if you are pretty savvy with tech, I found it easier than some very big brand name devices. All you have to is connect it to your wifi network and once that is done you can easily access it through the application, the vast majority of this setup can easily be done on your phone if needed. The application is pretty user friendly, there are definitely a lot of options and the convenience with cloud storage which is very handy, however you don't need the cloud services, but in that case you don't use the cloud storage you will want to make sure and provide your own micro SD card. The application also notifies me when my baby walks or cries due to the built in IR motion sensor which is invaluable given the need to make sure he doesn't get hurt or needs my immediate attention. IeGeek is a really great service has a near instant notification push to your phone unlike some other Apps. The volume is clear and loud and picks up beautifully, I can soothe her over the camera if I’m busy and my voice is clear and doesn’t sound robotic or static like. It even plays soft music if you want it to. I love the fact there’s no lights on the camera so it doesn’t keep my kid up at night. Works better than most of the cameras I've used in the past, especially the really cheap ones that turn yellow and I actually had to throw out because it kept losing connection and the battery was absolutely terrible. Great company, great customer service, and awesome product. I gave 5 stars with the small cons because others may not like those "downsides", like there will be noise if the monitor is close to the camera, but that's not a big deal for us. I hope this helped anyone looking for details to make a decision. I have already recommended this to other friends multiple times.

We downgraded from a super fancy WiFi camera with all the bells and whistles for various designs. After months of researching for kid #2, we bought this. It seemed to have the best of both worlds and could travel well. Overall I think the app could improve some aspects for use and ease of use, but the battery of the monitor provided is lacks for use. Pros: -Cute and kid friendly design -Easily set up and ready to use -Decent graphics and audio listening. Lowers or eliminates background noise, such as sound machines. -Good range of movement/scanning for adjusting view -Will switch cameras when you set up crying alerts or moving alerts -cheap universal accessories for modifying stands or clips -app available (although hard to find specific settings quickly and easily) -can set up additional log ins for babysitter, family, etc with adjusted privileges -good settings in voice volume and audio volume through monitor to camera -can set up encryption password for security! Which is a BIG plus! Cons: -Audio will not continue to play in background of app. Switching apps turns off all monitoring, which is not great when you need to use other features while wanting to “keep an ear out” during nap/sleep times. -App not easily used if searching for specific settings. -Battery life of provided monitor is already lessened. Doesn’t last a full day even when completely turned off when not using. (Product is 2ish months old) -Creepy option to use “uncle” voice and “clown” voice through monitor to camera. WHY IS THIS AN OPTION?!?! -Signal/connection to physical monitor does lapse occasionally despite being in next room. (It’ll beep to notify you)

This is my first time ever writing a review on an Amazon purchase, and I felt this product truly deserved it. The camera quality is excellent, the video is clear, and the audio is crisp and reliable. Both the handheld monitor and the phone app work seamlessly, making it very convenient to use. I accidentally broke the monitor screen, which left me only able to see half the display. When I tried to find a replacement monitor, I couldn’t locate one on Amazon or the ieGeek website. So I reached out to ieGeek’s customer service, and that’s where I had one of the best support experiences ever. Their team was incredibly polite, responsive, and genuinely willing to help. Since they didn’t have a standalone monitor available, they went above and beyond and sent me an entirely new set (camera + monitor) at no additional cost. I’m extremely grateful for their support. I would have had to purchase a whole new set anyway, and their generosity truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend both the product and the company!

I’ve been using this baby monitor system for about a year, and up until recently it worked really well—clear video, reliable connection, and overall gave us great peace of mind. After about a year of use, the monitor started having issues charging, and one of the cameras stopped working. I reached out to ieGeek support expecting a bit of a hassle, but I was pleasantly surprised. Their team was very responsive, walked through a few quick troubleshooting steps, and then quickly approved a replacement under their warranty. They sent a new monitor and camera, and the process was smooth from start to finish. The new unit is working great so far, and we’re back to having a reliable setup. While it’s never ideal to run into issues, I really appreciate a company that stands behind their product and takes care of their customers. Great experience with their support team.

I thought this monitor was going to be it when I installed it. I was initially very happy with it, but within two days, my sleep was extremely messed up because of this monitor. 1. The sound detection modes are low, medium, and high. At medium you hear every pin drop that happens in your child’s room. At low, you can’t even hear yourself cry when you fake cry or scream in their room. Literally way too low to even be effective. There is no happy medium, you either can’t hear your kid or you hear way too much. 2. The cameras themselves connect to the Wi-Fi, but the monitor does not connect to the cameras via Wi-Fi. This is problematic if you have a house with thick walls. I specifically was looking for a monitor to connect to the cameras over the Wi-Fi connection because if I go without Wi-Fi the connection drops intermittently. That’s fine for momentary drops, but what is not fine is that the connectivity alarm is connected to your child’s crying alarm. ‼️There is no way to turn off the connectivity dropping alarm without turning off your child’s sound alarms. ‼️ Mean that if your connection is spotty because it isn’t connected on Wi-Fi, you will be woken up by an alarm relatively frequently that has nothing to do with your child’s crying. However, if you try to turn off that alarm, you’re also turning off the alarm for monitoring your child, which is the whole point of the monitor. 3. Some of the buttons on the monitor are not intuitive. It’s an awkward set up. I could’ve lived with number three, but without a reliable/realistic sound detection alarm, and also a separate alarm related to connectivity issues that I could toggle off, I don’t even understand the point of this monitor.

Its a very good baby monitor with sounds, but needed to purchase extra item such as sd card in order to play songs and save videos. Also if the wifi is down, you cannot play the camera. I also wanted to watch the baby when Im outside eventhough she is with my mom but I wasn't able to. The quality isn't the best either, but other than that, its a very good camera, lets you see at every angle, and very easy to operate. Very cute design as well.

Ho acquistato il ieGeek Baby Monitor Video e Audio 2K con 2 fotocamere per gestire al meglio due bambini di età diverse (mia figlia di 2 anni e mezzo e il mio bimbo di 3 mesi) e devo dire che nel complesso mi sto trovando molto bene. La qualità audio e video è davvero ottima: l’immagine è chiara e definita, anche in condizioni di luce non perfette, e l’audio permette di sentire bene ogni movimento o rumore. La presenza di due telecamere è comodissima per tenere sotto controllo entrambi i bambini contemporaneamente. Il sistema è facile e intuitivo da utilizzare, anche per chi non è particolarmente pratico. Personalmente non ho ancora utilizzato l’app, ma il monitor in dotazione funziona molto bene e ha una buona portata, senza problemi di connessione in casa. L’unica pecca riguarda la gestione dell’accensione: le telecamere non si spengono facilmente e di fatto restano sempre attive, a meno di staccarle dalla corrente. Inoltre, utilizzando spesso il monitor, la batteria tende a durare un po’ poco e va ricaricata frequentemente. Nel complesso però è un prodotto valido, pratico e molto utile nella gestione quotidiana di due bambini.

After a lot of looking around, I realised my key priorities were a separate monitor (not just an app) so I could still use my phone, no reliance on WiFi for security, and a motorised camera so I could pan around the room. This IEgeek monitor ticks all of those boxes and actually offers more than I expected. What I like: • The screen is very clear, and I can easily tell whether my baby is awake or just wriggling. • It comes with two cameras, which is a huge bonus. We currently use one in the nursery and keep the second ready for the playroom or for a future sibling. • The monitor is simple to navigate, and you can either view both cameras at once or switch one to full screen with a tap. • Two-way audio works well, making it easy to soothe the baby without rushing straight in. • There is an app option if you need it—useful for days when the baby is with childcare or if one parent is out at work. • It comes with three USB-C chargers with proper UK plugs, one for each camera and the monitor. • The monitor’s battery life is good. I tend to keep it on as a permanent display during daytime naps, but there’s also a standby mode triggered by movement if you prefer to save battery. What I’d change: • The camera has a cute design, but it needs to be positioned upside down on a wall or shelf to get the full tilt range, which isn’t ideal. • The camera units are quite large, so they’re not the easiest to take when travelling. I got this baby monitor for visits from my daughter and grandchildren it is also great as a home security camera and pet watching set up in fact a good all round monitoring system, well worth the money. The camera as a cute removable silicone hood with bunny ears to give the camera a character of its own, it also has fixings to mount the camera on the wall or ceiling, you can flip the camera recording image from the app or the included high definition monitor. The picture and sound quality is nice and chrisp, having a high definition 2k picture reproduction with night vision. You can operate the cameras functions from the handy monitor buttons or from your phone app, I tend to use the monitor as it provides a much easier option than having to rely on your mobile phone. The camera is very sensitive to sound and movement and the tracking response is spot on, the camera sends instant allerts to your monitor and mobile phone. You have the additional settings for feeding time allerts and temperature fluctuation. There is a two way communication feature with voice changing feature so you can add to the cameras character or use your own familiar comforting voice to calm your child. The camera also has a sleep sound feature to play music or comforting sounds such as static etc. You can set up an additional camera to your set up if needed for an extra room coverage. All in all this is an ideal protective comforting set up for your Loved ones and your peace of mind. I highly recommend this high quality Baby monitor, well worth the price.
