Unaltered milk
This is how it used to be in old times. Rich, thick and sweet with a cream separation which is a natural thing.Won't hurt the liver as not altered. I use a little at a time yet worth the taste and quality

GOES OFF BEFORE DUE DATE
I love the taste of this milk but unfortunately it does not keep until the use by date on the bottle. I bought it on Tuesday and by Sunday when I first opened it it was already off and the use by date was stated until the following Tuesday. Not happy. Not sure if the problem is with Salisbury's storage and it is standing out of refrigeration before being taken into the store and put in the chiller but this is not the first time. I have complained in store last week but it has happened again this week and I have had to throw it away as it's too smelly to use for anything. It's a shame I've had to write this bad review because this milk is really nice but needs to be used within a couple of days to ensure freshness and don't keep it until the use by date on the bottle!
