Why does the insert received differ from the product description images?

Why does the zip stick?

Due to shipping or when folded, YKK zippers may feel stiff or stick. Just move the zipper pull back and forth several times or gently rub the teeth with graphite from a pencil lead. This should get it sliding smoothly again.
