This glass tea pot with included tea strainer is absolutely gorgeous! It is a nice thickness glass with a beautiful glass handle. The metal strainer sits down into the pot and has a lid that fits into the strainer. It is very easy to fill the strainer with loose leaf tea and place it in the pot full of hot water. Allow it to steep as desired and enjoy a lovely cup of tea. You can also use the strainer to make infused ice water. Simply add fruit or sliced veggies in the strainer and use ice and water. I like to put slightly crushed berries and mint leaves in the strainer, set it in the pot of ice water and allow it to sit in the fridge overnight to enjoy on hot days. Such a simple and beautiful way to enjoy various beverages!

I like the simple design of this teapot. It is easy to use and easy to clean. I was initially concerned about the thickness of the teapot glass. It is not super thin, but it’s not really thick either. I used hot water at 185°F to brew the tea and it was fine. The stainless steel mesh infuser works really well. At the time of this review, it is priced at $11 which is quite reasonable.
