My gums have been bleeding for quite some time! After one application, the bleeding was no more! I've tried and tried all sorts of toothpaste and other home remedies and nothing was working. I knew I didn't want any chemical/drugs/antibiotics applied to my teeth neither so I was at a loss...UNTIL, I found this little bottle of joy! Thanks be to God! Mix it with some honey, swab with a qtip and rub it on affected area/gums. There's a slight numbing effect but nothing painful. The taste is a little bitter but mixed with the honey and it's not too bad! Try it for yourself and see nature at work! Blessings! ***Update** I was a little overly excited. Yes, this does help with bleeding gums and mouth sores. It's helped me cope with my canker sore recently here and without it I would be in agony, but again, it does not cure the bleeding only offers relief and healing. I just wanna throw that out there. I am an expat returning to the US after having lived in Mexico for 8 years; there, I was introduced to propolis, or propoleo, in Spanish. I have always been a sufferer of sinus infections and this stuff cleared it up in 2-3 days, when normally it used to take 2 weeks with medicine like Sinaide. Needless to say, I became accustomed to being able to go to any corner drug store and pick it up; but here in the US, it's not that easy and convinient to find. So, I looked on Amazon and found my elixer. This stuff is AMAZING!! I know it tastes horrible, but it's nothing a lil honey can't cure!! I always take it with tea and honey and the next day I am fully recovered. I recommend it 100%!!!

Smelled terrible, none or very little of the liquid in this bottle is propolis. It all floated to the surface and stuck to the edges of the cup. I tried both cold and warm water. True propolis will sink in water. I cannot recommend this product.

I got this bee propolis on Dr. Weil's recommendation in his book for mouth ulcers/ canker sores. It does seem to really help. Usually it would take about 10 days for one to go away. With this, I am seeing improvement the next day. Depending on where they are, they can be extremely painful, but this product seems to have a numbing affect. This product is extremely sticky and it coats the sore for quite awhile to protect it. It also has natural antiseptic properties. The reason I give it 4 stars is because it is very messy. Everyplace it goes, it will stick and it is brown, so wouldn't look nice on your lip or tooth. I have found that using a qtip swab to apply it and not putting it on very thick helps and try to let it dry before you let anything else touch it. ( Bee propolis is the glue that bees make and use to build a hive. )

I thought it was going to be stronger than this (maybe my previous unlabeled tincture was 70%), but it still serves its purpose admirably. I had a cut in my mouth that was healing slightly before it would tear open again, so I bought this tincture since my previous one had run out. I used a q-tip to apply it in a concentrated area instead of using the dropper that would apply it everywhere in the general area of my mouth. Within 2 nights, the cut (which was about 3 mm) was gone. I try to only apply it overnight as having black stuff in my mouth is slightly confusing to others if they were to see it.

i've been using this since i was a kid whenever i had sore throat or when my tonsils are infected. last time i was about to come down with something and my throat and tonsils were inflamed... i knew if i didn't take care of it.. i'd be really sick the next couple days. so i used this directly applied it to my tonsils and throat.. let it soak for a while (it does sting like the bee, which is normal) and then i drink water with it. i did that for 2 days and everything was back to normal. this is really good stuff.. just very bitter and stings like most propolis.. but good for you!

love that is came with directions. definitely mix with honey before swallowing, soothing to the throat
