The spray and cough drops we had was affecting my BG numbers. This helped big time, needed it. It taste better than the other stuff anyway.

Cough relief was almost instant. The value for the product is a cozy price point, it was smooth, and did help sleeping, but the taste is horrible. It's to be expected when you go sugar-free anything, but it works and it's effective.
