Pathetic customer support.
This is the most pathetic purchase so far, I mean no wonder these people have added 2 year warrenty because they knew it won't work so any longer, In the very first usage it sarted heating like crazy and emitting smoke, I spoke to ibell customer support, they redirected me to Amazon customer support and these people to ibell, in the second use the smoke came out was totally dangerous and hazardous, I mean what kind of a chopper is this, it was a total threat and not an asset, now I am being Amazon day in and day out, unfortunately only I get is false promises.... This was so not expected out of Amazon... Crap things they have staryed selling...

I bought the I Bell Meat Chopper and it is working excellent. It makes perfect kheema and shammi very quickly and smoothly. The chopping is very fine and even, saving so much time in the kitchen. The machine is powerful, easy to use, and easy to clean. I am very happy to have this product. It is very useful for daily cooking, especially for non-veg items. Highly recommended for anyone who prepares kheema or shammi at home! 👍
