I have spoke to customer care regarding my acer wireless keyboard and mouse which I recived defective product on 27th November and same day I make replacement till date I have not recived refund or exchange of product last Sunday I spoke to customer care thay schedule return on 18th dec . Till date return not pick up so I request to refund my amount as soon as possible and whenever you free pick up your item.

The media could not be loaded. Acer wireless keyboard and mouse combo is the super quality product by Acer. Keyboard buttons pressing feels so responsive and smooth. Mouse has better erogonomic design and feels comfortable in hand. Auto sleep mode saves battery life. Capslock, numerical keys lock and scroll lock keys have indicator lights which looks very good. 2.4 Ghz receiver has good connectivity, no latency found while typing. Overall best buy and value for money product.
