HELLA D1S 5000 K Xenon Performance Bulb, (85V, 35W)

Work like a champ on my trusty MB C320CDI W204, slightly whiter than the OEM made by Osram. Install took the better part of 5 minutes, and this includes swiping some alcohol on a microfiber cloth on the glass bulb to ensure no oils or fingerprints were on it. Lets hope they last as long as Osram that have been on the car for the last 15 years and still worked very well.

Excellent bulb replacement! My BMW OEM was 3000K. I got the higher K to improve visibility & they do. Thank you Hella.

I just installed a pair of these in my Mini Countryman and discovered in the process that these are actually D2S bulbs with a D1S adapter ignitor. They work fine but be aware that the ignitor will separate from the actual bulb. In my case, it made the install easier, but I wasn't expecting them to separate. I will be emailing Hella support to find out if they actually make their bulbs this way or if these are fakes.

what crap product. It's only been 36 days after installation and the bulb has already burned out. Of course it's over 30 days and cannot return a defective product. What crap this is.

Have not installed yet hopefully will work the boxes the bulbs were in was crushed an open exposing bulbs to the glass part of the bulb.

Bought these for use on a 2013 Grand Cherokee Overland. The bulbs fit perfectly, even though installation was a headache (due to the Jeep's design, not the bulbs). They are definitely as bright as the bulbs that were in place before, which is what I was looking for. I only gave three stars for longevity because the bulbs have been in place for about a month, so I really can't rate how long they last. So far I happy with what appear to be well constructed bulbs, from a good brand, at a good price, that fit and work as they should. Unless they give up in the near future, I could definitely see buying them again. Shipping was a bit hard on the packaging, thankfully they were shipped in a bubble-pack envelope.

These match the factory Hella ballasts of my Tribeca and work very well.

Funciona muy bien y el precio es competitivo (comparado con productos similares, ya que hay productos de muy baja calidad a precios por demás bajos). Como contra, por la temperatura indicada, la luz debería tener tintes "más azules" y por otro lado, la duración pues es baja, en promedio me han durado 1.5 años y he tenido que comprarlos nuevamente.
