I'm ADHD (as most people here, I guess), I have been able to concentrate more and to be calmer, also, I tend to catch the flu constantly, and this year I haven't caught anything, so the part of the immune system is effective. It has been only 3 days since I started taking this supplement. So far no complaints or complements. I know the effects start showing after a week or two so let's see. I do believe the best way to take it is in the morning with breakfast, but I would research if you take other supplements, vitamins, or medicines to know if it would have any side effects. Btw, the price is amazing for the quantity!

Good product, I noticed that it does give me more mental clarity and and maybe a tad bit of energy but I’ve only been taking one a day before work so maybe I’ll try and take two and see if it gives me more energy. As far as my health I’m still trying to figure out if it’s helping. The capsule is small and very easy to swallow overall it’s a good product and I will be ordering again.

I have noticed improved focus and mental clarity after taking for 2 weeks. No side effects that I can tell. I've been sleeping a little better also. Im going to keep taking it. I like the price. I hope it doesn't go up like everything else.

I've had mushroom supplements before, years ago so I knew they helped. A month or so back, I found some mushroom gummies at a local store and remembered how much they actually helped with my ADHD, so I went on a search to see if I could find better and I found these. This Oraganic Mushroom Complex is by far my favorite, they are potent with the least amount of pill taking and they have a quite the variety of mushrooms and best of all, the price doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I can afford to share it with my family that's in my household. Now onto how it's actually helped me. I can sit down and focus on things, I can actually pay attention where my ADHD would line me with nothing but distractions. I think the most 'WOW! it's working!' moment I've had though is my light sensitivity when walking outside. I ALWAYS need my sunglasses and I'm ALWAYS squinting and putting the visor down in the car. I even squint a little when I have my sunglasses on. This past week I haven't been able to find my sunglasses anywhere. It took me til day 2 or 3 of loosing them that I realized I wasn't squinting in the sun while driving, I didn't need my visor hardly at all AND I went fishing without my sunglasses and my eyes were opened like they normally should be, that alone wouldnever have happened. I thought, surely it can't helping that quick, because I hadn't done anything different, so I looked it up and yes one of mushrooms do help with eyesight. So I'm even more impressed then I was years ago. I will definitely recommend (and already have) this brand not just the mushrooms in general anymore.
