Just love this item
Just love this item. At first I thought it was a bit too big. However, I typically make 3-5 pounds of jerky at one time. The item is well made. The handle is perfect and easily pushes the ground meat through the two types of nozzles. Best purchase for making jerky. I have purchased several plastic models which didn't hold up to the stress of making so many batches.

Real lifesaver!
Absolute must if you are using ground beef for making jerky. Hands down. There are small issues when using this gun:1. Because of the design, you can't push all the meet from the gun so you have to push it out manually.2. When reloading the tube, you can get air pockets which would cause the stuffing to shoot out, so remember to loosen the bottom ring when reloading.Once you get used to it, this gun is absolutely irreplaceable.
