Very good

The product either has been used by someone or is old stock. The rolling brushes had hair on it. This is such terrible service.

Para mí a sido una grata sorpresa lo bien que deja el pelo,al principio no estaba muy convencida d comprarlo,pero estoy encantada,lo recomiendo,es verdad q yo tengo un pelo muy fino. Lo único q al principio cuesta un poco pillarle el truco,pero en dos veces secando el pelo con el sin problema. Para mi le doy las 5 estrellas,no tengo nada q decir malo del producto,llevo ya como ocho veces secándomelo con él y me deja el pelo con volumen y muy bonito

Ich versuche, den Kundenservice zu kontaktieren. In meinem Konto wird die Option „Get support“ angezeigt, jedoch führt der Link zu einer Fehlerseite (404 – Seite nicht gefunden). Die Telefonnummer funktioniert ebenfalls nicht. Außerdem ist der Föhn defekt – die Taste ist bei normalem Gebrauch abgefallen. Der Kauf erfolgte im Januar 2026. Ich wäre Ihnen dankbar für Information, wie ich einen Umtausch oder eine Rückerstattung veranlassen kann.
