Does your unit buzz loudly periodically (louder than the fan-like noise)? I was told this was normal by a rep, but it can be heard out in the garage!

It should buzz sometimes, usually no louder than an electric razor.

What material of non stick inner pot made of? Does it have a small attached container for collecting water from the condensation?
