Seams Paperback – February 25, 2014

At first I felt the development of Dr. Brady Walker's character was a bit shallow for Kelsey to have begun to fall in love with him, but as the story plays out, I realized it fit right into how little Kelsey actually paid attention to his character as she fell in love with him. So, as the book played out -- I understand that much more. The book was one that was hard to put down.

I chose a five star rating for this novel, because the characters were well written, the plot had exciting twists and turns, and it was steamy enough to invite a few heart palpitations and shallow breaths! A definite page-turner.. I read this novel in two days! I look forward to Lori Bell's next book, because it appears as though there will indeed be a sequel to Seams. For a first time author of a novel, I think Miss Bell is an imaginative and very creative storyteller.

Good! It certainly had more to it than the beginning suggested. I thought this is really dumb but then realized I was only 25% thru the book...glad I kept reading. The writing got better, the story got interesting and ended with a twist! This should be a good book for our book club discussion. Read it!

This book is an amazing read. I haven't been this pulled into a book since the Twilight series came out!!! The author has an amazing talent. It has so many emotions running throughout it and I could actually feel the characters pain. I was smiling in parts and then crying in others. The story just flowed and I literally couldn't put the book down. It definitely left me hungry for more. I cannot wait until the sequel comes out!!! Seams is a must read!!!

This was a good read. Kept me captivated and loved the suspense! However, I felt there was something Brady was suppressing. Or that was going to happen if and when they would get together. Did I trust him--yes and no. Glad, in a way, the way you finished his character. We are not flawless; are we? I will recommend this book. My little sister...the author! This is quite the read! I could not out this book down! I read 15 chapters in one night. Then finished it up the next day! I loved the suspense and the twist and turns. Kept my attention all the way through! Can't wait for the second one to be available for order!

This book is totally out the of genre that I normally read but it was recommend by a friend. I am a speed reader and read the book in one evening, awake until 2am to finish it. I am usually pretty good in predicting the end of a novel long before I got to the end and was surprised by the ending. This to me is what makes a good read.

Seams is a fast page-turner and Lori Bell is a creative and captivating storyteller! This story will pull you in and leave you wanting more...a perfect companion to a comfy chair and a blanket, it holds everything you could want from a novel - inspirational characters, mystery, family bonds and moments so steamy they will leave you breathless...I can barely wait for the sequel!!!!
