BOOST MAX

I ordered these for myself to consume while I endure my fitness and body transformation journey; however, my son got hooked on them 😂 and he consumes more than me. Anyway, I love the taste and consistency of this product. Of course, they come lukewarm, but you can always refrigerate them to cool them to the temperature you prefer. I don’t recommend using it over ice. It takes away from the taste. I love the fact that Boost drinks can act as a meal supplement as well as a fitness drink with its high amount of protein. While I will be shopping around and trying different products, this will still be one of my “go-to” products during my transformation journey. Thanks!

The taste isn’t great but wow! 30 grams of protein is amazing! This is an excellent choice if you’re having difficulty eating or swallowing and need to get nutrients.

Nourishing. Good flavor

BOOST is a great product to maintain muscle mass and energy levels. As I engage in exercise daily, BOOST helps me maintain muscular size and strength. And it tastes good.

Update: They taste SO much better at room temperature! And that’s GREAT for me! NOT the best tasting Protein Shake I’ve ever tried, but I got used to it by day three. It’s a great way to get a quick 30 g of protein, but it doesn’t have any fiber and that’s a negative. It has a nice lineup of vitamins and minerals, including calcium and vitamin D and B vitamins. I have only drank it cold so I can’t speak to how it is when at room temperature.

My husband who is on chemo loves this particular type of boost with higher caloric counts. Tastes good. Has helped him to gain done wt back.

I have been drinking Boost Max off and on since 2019 and have always been pleased with it; however, the last delivery I got in February had a use by date of May 2025. I didn’t notice this at first because I had a couple of orders and didn’t open this one until recently. The quality of this batch is substandard and is chunky. It doesn’t necessarily affect the taste (it doesn’t taste spoiled) but the chunkiness is definitely a negative factor. I called Nestle about the product and they took my information but basically just said it was a known issue and they were working on it. I probably will not be ordering anymore if this is now a normal thing with the product.
