For the money you cant "beat" these drums. The hardware is high quality and the exterior finish is above average. The maple ply shells carry well and the 7 piece set I bought is versatile to almost any music. I did have to put new REMO skins on the cans and once tuned they sound very good. I have always been a Pearl guy and glad I switched to try these.

Been playing drums for around 20 years now. This kit is great. Are there better drum sets out there ? Yes but for this price it’s really hard to beat. Swapped the heads and I have a very nice sounding kit now. Been banging on it for over a year now. Still holding up. For those crying about it missing hardware….well they clearly are not familiar with the drum world. Hardware rarely comes with a kit and if it does that kit is probably entry level. Hope this helps!

I was excited to receive this drum set, but unfortunately several important parts were missing. The product did not include the Charleston stand, the crash cymbal stand, and the cymbal. Because of these missing components, the drum set cannot be assembled or used properly. I hope the manufacturer can improve quality control to ensure all parts are included in the product.

My son loves it! Wasn’t expecting symbols because it’s clearly stated that they’re not included so I don’t understand why so many people expected symbols regardless of the pictures. He already has his own and we knew exactly what we were getting. The Amazon Flex Pays were the only thing that made this possible for my son’s Senior graduation present so a HUGE thank you for that!

YEAH I SPENT THE MONEY. AND YEAH I WANTED AN INEXPENSIVE DRUM SET, BUT HEY EVEN A CHEAP GUITAR WILL TUNE, BUT THESE THINGS WILL NOT TUNE EVEN WITH A TUNE BOT I CANNOT GET THEM TO GO INTO TUNE. MAYBE SOMETHING WITH THE SHELLS OR RINGS OR WHATEVER IDK, BOTTOM LINE SAVE YOUR MONEY UP AND SPEND A LITTLE MORE ON THE BIG BOY KIT AND LIVE A MUCH DESERVED STRESS FREE LIFE DRUM WISE...

I love the kit. Although I wanted the red sparkle kit that was advertised unfortunately it was out of stock. So I ended up getting the sea foam satin kit. The company was helpful on sending me pictures of other drums and responsive to my emails I just would of like phone communication rather emailing back and forth.

I've been using the kit for a few weeks now and it is fantastic. This kit sounds like a kit that is twice the price. This is my first step up from a beginners kit. I am mainly a guitarist but I record as well and the drums sound great when recorded. Set up was very easy and the white is a nice classic look that gives a little pearlescent shine when the light hits it. I would recommend to anyone interested in a professional kit at and intermediate price.

Very happy with this kit. Looks and sounds brilliant. Arrived in perfect condition, though shipping was a bit of an issue - package was seemingly lost for a spell, but it eventually (and perhaps miraculously) turned up. A 5-piece kit that arrives in just 2 boxes means it requires a fair amount of assembly, but such is the life of a drummer. It tuned up pretty easily, and within 2 weeks was staying in tune with only minor adjustments required. Kick is thick, deep and punchy, and the toms really sing. I had read a lot of scathing reviews about the included snare drum with a lot of people calling it a "throwaway", but after a bit of work I actually got it to sound pretty decent. It has a bit of a basketball-like ring out on it, but nothing a little dampening won't fix. I didn't buy the kit for the snare, so I regard it as an "added value" (though it's worth noting that I consider it as the back-up to my back-up snare...). The included heads are single-ply Chinese manufactured made-for-DW Remo heads. They don't sound terrible, but replacing them with American-made Remo batters made a huge difference for me. Since the drum sizes are not included in this listing they are as follows: - 22" x 18" kick - 10" x 8" and 12" x 9" rack toms - 16" x 14" floor - 14" x 5 1/2" snare All in all this is a very well built kit that I would not hesitate to recommend to even the most discerning players. A lot of people question the chinese manufacturing, but after giving it a thorough inspection, building it and playing it for the past few months I can say that there is no need to think twice about it. PDP has successfully delivered a pro-quality kit at an intermediate price, and it is absolutely worth spending your money on.

Llego exactamente el color y configuración que pedí, la batería se ve muy bien y es de excelente calidad, claro que hay algunas cosas que pudieran mejorar, pero por el precio esta más que excelente. El tiempo de entrega desde que la ordene hasta que la recibí, fue exactamente de 1 mes y la caja estaba demasiado maltratada, pero eso no importa porque el contenido estaba intacto.

The drums look nice, unfortunately you cannot finish the setup for two reasons: 1) no manual, 2) you have to buy another package with stands and pedals and a set of cymbals. There is absolutely no mention of this extra package! The photos show a complete package! Kind of disappointing that I have to wait again to get the missing parts. On top of that, it arrived with a damaged kick drum!
