I took a chance and ordered a small since I've experienced sizes being off. Well, I had to exchange it for a medium since I don't like it too tight. The first two photos are the small and the last three are the medium. I am 5'5", 135 lbs., wear 34DD equating to 37 inches, 33 inch waist and 39 inch hips.

This is a nice casual shirt. The sleeve details and print take it up a notch from a plain t-shirt but not to the point of being too dressy for the warehouse store enviroment I work in. The fit is good and the quality seems good so far.
