I can tell my levels of energy increased since I've been taking CoQ10 it is a great compound and has also help me to keep up in my day to day activities, reduces a bit the fatigue and help me to push a bit more in my gym seccions, the quantity can vary I've taking the 500mg and the 100mg, the difference depends on your body, start with a low dose after a few months you can give it a try, normally I suggest people to give it a few months or weeks for vitamins to work as every body is different, but this one hit me right away, reducing the effect of the fatigue and increasing alertness, don't push your body to limits and rest well, the vitamin will not take your tired body and mind completely, it just give you a small boost to perform better in the day or when you need to be awake

It's good product

Good but the price is extortionate this is illegal here hiking the price up so much is just greedy. When I got these like many other reviewers they were all stuck together inside I had to tear each pill apart when I needed to take. I will not be buying this brand again due to the greed & low quality of the product that stick together. Many others out there much better quality.

The capsules were completely stuck to each other and would not come out of the container. Had to throw away the product as it could not be used and was eligible for returns, even though the cap states 24/7 returns and refund

My go to for CoQ10. The lid dons’t always open but Ive learned to not close the lid, just place it on top of the bottle for storage. Reasonable price and effective quality product.

This is an exceptional product and I like that it's not white. I use a pill box for storing my daily supps. The box allows me to store supplements for two weeks at a a time. Sometimes as I'm filling up the days of the week I accidentally drop a pill into the wrong day. It can be a challenge to differentiate one pill from another when everything is white. So I especially like that these soft gels are brown. I am also pleased with the quality of this product. It has no aftertaste and it goes does smoothly. I feel like I am taking a superior product compared to the brand I was using before I discovered this brand.

I started having leg cramps taking a statin for my cholesterol. I read that CoQ10 helps. Bought this one, no more leg cramps. Then I bought a cheaper one, started having leg cramps again. Came back to this one, no more leg cramps. Will definitely stick with this one. Easy to swallow.
