Helps no end - after suffering poor pavements and ankle twisting these inserts balances the uneven surfaces out for me

Arrived on time my podiatrist recommended this product to me first day noticed improvements in my walking and confidence

Rather deep, making most shoes rather uncomfortable

Works as intended.

Fit was fine and the initial comfort worked well. However about 8 hours into my first shift using these the foot pain came right back. It's not as bad as it was, but I guess I was expecting more from this product based on its claims and reviews by other buyers. £35+ for 2 bits of plastic & foam I'd rather have invested in different shoes/boots instead.
